A friend needs help

My friend's dad smokes. She is afraid he will die! She says that he has been coughing really bad latly. She says he is trying to stop smoking, but not really suceeding. She says that he is the one who brings all the money to the family, and shes just very afraid. She is afraid he will die from cancer or something. So basically, i need some advice in helping her through these hard times, and maybe if theres a good way to help her dad smoking. Thank you!

Ok well to start off the question...I have a boyfriend named..lets call him bob....well we broke-up over a really dumb reason, but we got back together yesterday....I like him a lot but He is always rude to me and He told me [when we broke up] that he was thinkin about it a week be4? and I think now that were goin out again hes just screwing me over I dont kno!..well plz help me
Also I have feelings like I just want to break up with him because I love bein single and I have a crush on sum1 else!

Ya I have this situation with this girl. Like we hung out a couple times and it was an awesome time. Like we both cuddled with each other made each other laugh and kissed. Then the last time we hung out which was 2wks ago, like i kept in touch with her always asking her to c if she wanted to do something and she says ya but when it comes down to it, she always has something else to do. This just didnt happen once but a couple of times during the 2wks. I know she doesnt mean to cuz she is always apologizing saying she is srry that she couldnt hang out and when im always online, she will always i-m first just sayin hey. Like i know she wants to c me more and she knows i have feelings for her and that i like her but i wanted to know what u guy...

specific question on the word gay

Hey everybody!
I asked this question before and I really got some good answers, and some had me thinkin. So i am going to be more specific.
I am a 14yr old boy who likes girls (typical). But just over the summer i knew i was bi. right now in october i still like other
boys and i have a crush on one too! however i still like girls as in
emotionally and socially, but i like boys for all 3 emotional, social, and sexually. i would still go with a girl, but i prefer a boy because it's something diffrent. i think i know i'm gay but i still need to know if i should just be completly gay and forget girls!?!

hey!
Im in theater class and i have to do a monoluge containing a conflict in it. I really want to awake feelings in people and by uniuqe...one that no one will have. most of the ideas i came up with are already taken such as playing a teenager with a defect and his issues, or about to love someone or forget someone. im really kinda clueless right now, and i need as much as i can get. If you're going to answer this, please make sure u dont give me some relevent ideas, but something that u think if is acted well, could awake strong feeling in the crowd. thank u very much!! have a good day =D

Okay so i always like to look good. When i walk out the door i have to make sure that i'm dressed nice, my hair looks good, my make-up's alright...i want people to think i'm hot. So i always make sure i do and when i walk out of the house i feel confident. But then if i meet up w/ some girlfriends i'm constantly comparing myself to them. At the end of the day i'm convinced that i look horrible next to them and that makes me feel insecure. Does this happen to anyone else and how can i fix it?

I have bitten my nails for as long as I can remember and now they are very short and small. I have tried absolutely every trick in the book to give up but I always give up and start biting again. I can't help it, I always set out with the willpower to give up but I'll get bored in a lesson and start to chew. My boyfriend and all my friends and family think it's disgusting and are always trying to get me to stop but I can't, what should I do?

Installing car radio?

My cd-player was stolen out of my car last week and I am too cheap to buy a new one. I still have the original factory radio that came with my car but I am unsure of how to install it. I feel I may be missing some wiring. It is a 94' Ford Taurus. Can anyone help me out, or know of a web site that show me what to do?

New Gym Membership

Hi Guys..Ok I know this is going to sound ignorant comming from a 22 year old but I really dont know. I am signing up for a gym membership, But I have never been worked out in a gym before. I am tring to tone my belly, sides, and legs, and loose a couple pounds. should I use certain machines how long on each. should I get in a certain rutine. If any of you go to a gym let me know what works for you and what you might think will work me. Thanks a lot guys

there is this boy that goes to my skool and i used to have a crush on him until my friend called him on 3 way and she told him that i liked him and he was like HELL NO SHES UGLY AND FAT AND JUST HELL NO!!!! as you can tell 1 i was upset and 2 i was just str8 up MAD!!!so the next day at skool i told him my cousin Nikki(not a real person)had a crush on him well i pretended to be her on the foneand stuff and when we went to the movies my cousin pretended to be Nikki and he fell for it and he really liked her but some gurl thought that me and my friends were being mean and she told him what we were doing and hes mad...do you think he'll forgive me???Should i forgive him 4 what he said abuot me????PLEASE help me

Ok, I'm a 16 year old girl and I've got this really great friend who happens to be a guy. We've been friends for a really long time and he lives right next door to me. Since the Homecoming dance was coming up, I asked him to the dance without thinking. (he's the only guy friend who I know that I'd have a good time with and we've gone to the past couple years' dances together so it seemed only natural that we'd go together again) He agreed to go with me so I thought that everything was ok... so we went and had a great time as always. Nothing interesting happened (we are JUST friends afterall) Later, I found out that he was planning to ask his secret crush out to the dance and now I feel really bad because I hadn't considered this when asking...
