i need to lose 15 lbs beacuse teh doctor said i was overwieght i would like a really good exercise or/and a really good diet thats not slim fast !!! thank u

For exercise, experts who know about stuff like this say 3 days per week at 20 minutes a day is good. Try calling a local gym/fitness center for specifics on what is good. Also just walking at a brisk pace can be really great. As to diet, try eating 4 smaller meals per day instead of 2 or 3 larger ones. That will help your metabolism so you can keep weight off. Get plenty of fruits, vegetables, fiber and protein. Any food label will tell you recommended allowances per day on the nutrition facts, and some even have a food guide pyramid which is helpful. 1anonymous answered Tuesday October 26 2004, 11:30 am: i think the best thing is this exercise: lay down on the floor, lift your shoulders and your legs so ur in a V position, then move your legs up and down and do like 30 each day...or for a diet, eat lots of salad, they have almost no calories and they fill you up!
