What is wrong with my head?

I'm M/16. Recently I've been starting to believe that I'm crazy. Not crazy as in jumping ans screaming crazy but by the way I think about myself & others. It's like I analyse things in my head in such a weird way. I'll think something, then I'll think back to myself like, "What the hell is wrong with you" Then I'll do something like judge someone in my head, then I'll get mad at myself for thinking that. THEN I'm always thinking about myself sometimes. Like, in my head, I'll call myself a cocky bastard or something bad. Then next minute I'll like forgive myself and blame others. Then that'll make me feel horrible again. Its like I'm stuck in a cycle. One minute I'm motivated to do something, then I'll lose interest or feel the...

Ok so i all ready write this but some one could not under stand me. So I'm going to try to say this in a way that everybody can under stand me. My sister always put's songs on my mp3 player for me so I don't know how to . I just watch most time's. So now I want new song's on there. She put some song's on there with out asking me. I did not listen to them so I got rid of them. Now I want them back too(plus the new one's). She has not did it in a long time. And what she does remember she will not tell me. She want's me to be 14 or 15 to make sure I don't mess up. May be someone does what she does. Here what I know.She record's them off You Tube.Name the file. Then save the file(I know how to do that. Second semester college freshman girl.
Ive been good friends with this guy since the first week of college. He's reserved but fairly outgoing and confident in himself. I developed feelings for him in November. I got good vibes from him right before break. Our homes are too far away from each other for us to have hung out over winter break, but we kept up casual conversation. Hi everyone, i've been single since the beginning of November. Me and the guy only dated for 2 months. besides that i was single for exactly one year. i figured it out on christmas eve and even though i wasnt supposed to look through his text messages i did because i already had a bad feeling about it. in his inbox, all the mssages were from friends and workmates but in his sent items most messages were sent to an unknown number and they go like "are u wearing panties?" "where are you?" "im coming please reply" "are mad at me"

Okay I really need help, I'm just now starting out to do hair [went to school, got licence etc] well I have a client soon with 100% grey hair but she colors it herself let's say a level 7.. and now wants to add highlights throughout. well that was the middle of January and she is coming ln a few days.. what I would like to know is, will the bleach lift her hair evenly since it being a 7 is so light? I use blondor bleach btw.. Idk, I'm just really nervous. I don't want to mess up you know? Or do I need to strip the hair? I don't want to go through that long process if I don't have to.. and I know everyone's hair is different but just from experience has anyone dealt with this before??

I've been having a problem now for the past 4 and a half years with 'all' of my joints. I have been to so many doctors. The entire test came back inconclusive of a diagnosis. The Rheumatologist that I saw did a complete urine analysis and it came back showing great volumes of calcium oxalate which explained cloudiness when I urinate. Now I have been seeing a bone surgeon who does not think it is serious because the MRI results that I did came back normal. He has recommended a physiotherapist. I have only been to 4 sessions. I have gotten worse as a result. My symptoms include a severe rush of cutting pain in the joints. It is as if there is sharp piece of bone that is cutting trough to the flesh. Hi, I've been dating a guy for approximately a month and a half, going on two months. He is really nice and sweet, but I feel like I might want to break up with him- but at the same time I don't. Here's the thing- he is incredibly socially awkward, to the point that it sometimes becomes excruciatingly embarrassing and uncomfortable when in group situations. I'm 19 f; I'm 5 foot and I weigh 220 pounds.
This is the biggest I've ever been. I've always been chubby, but my stomach isn't that bad. It's mostly my face, and my thighs. I'd like to make my stomach more firm so it isn't flabby but anyways.
I'm joining a gym and I'd like to know what excerises are the best? They have a pool and yoga and stuff; so any tips?
Also, anyone know of any successful diets that actually show results? And have a list of foods that I can eat, and times that I should eat?
