My sister who resides in the state of California, and I in the state of Florida, has two kids one of which lives in Florida with me. My question is this: She has filed her income tax getting earned income credit when she didnt even have or take care of her kids. but got this benefit on her taxes and now has abandoned her kids. I only want someone with a law degree in family courts to answer this ?/ I would rather not have anyone answer than several people with NO law degree. thank you!

ok well, im the one who asked the question about my granddmothers neighbors grandson, and i went to his party, and we really hit it off. he introduced me to his friends, and they were like nodding there heads at him and the one kid gave him a pat on the back while we were walking away. so we went outside and were talking and his 2 friends came out and they were like, ohh we better go in with the other guys..hes talking to his girlfriend. and his face got all red and pushed them inside.

Loosing Weight in Less Than 2 Months

May 1st I'm going to have to wear a white dress for this really REALLY important thing of my entire life. I've been eatting like a pig beause... I guess its anxiety. Well I want to loose weight. Also, avoid the things that make me gain weight. I was thinking of diet pills but I hear they are REALY bad for you. Anyway, any tips to loose as many weight as I can in less than 2 months? Im not exactly looking for permenant diet plan just... an emergency one. Maybe if I only ate a certain amount of calories... or didn't eat or drink nothing but water... or... did a certain excersice. I don't know. Please pretty please HELP ME! Thank you sooo muh for your time!

Im looking for a coushy job. I want something pretty consistant and that doesnt require a whole lot hard labor. I want something simple.. Im not in dire need of money at the moment. I would just like something simple. Any ideas?

im an alternate and the team members dont really eed me at the competition with them but i go just to support them. I didnt go to 2out of 7 and i got yelled at by my coach. She gets really mad and especially cuz this is my last one

tomorrow is the last competition and i have missed two of them already my coach was so mad. Im not particepating but im still in the team so as she says i have to go. I have no ride or anything my mom says i cant go if i dont everyone will hate me what should i do?

Ok so I'm 15/m, and I was at a school function, and some girl that I didn't know danced with me. So after I left she got my AIM screen name from one of my friends and went home and asked me to the prom and and asked if I would go over to her house Friday to have dinner and a movie and all that stuff. Problem is, I really don't like her, and I don't really know her at all either. What should I say?

Ok, there is this boy named David in 1/6 of my classes. He sits in the last seat in the row next to me. My friend sits right behind me and whenever I turn to talk to her, I catch David staring at me and we suddenly make eye contact. Out of that infomation ( I might add more ), do you think he likes me?

I like one of my friends [who is a qirl by the way] as more than just friends. She knows I'm bi, and we joke all the time about hooking up. She also said that after she gets her first boyfriend that she'll go out with me because she hasn't figured out if she's straight or not. ok im best friends with this girl i knew her before but this year we are best friends. but whenever we make plans they'll either change or she'll blow me off! i dont know why! and we've been best friends all year and i have never been inside her house but shes been to mine so many times, and she says its because shes self consicous about it but do you think shes lying? SO my question is... why do you think she is being like this and is she using me?

my dad is in the navy, so 4 like 2 or 1 more year he'll be stationed in bahrain.
my mom 1 time answered his phone when he was here visitin and out golfin.it was a womans voice. and then again when she text messaged him.
im worried,and my mom has been cryin every now and then. i need desperate help. im so sad, i always feel like cryin and feel like goin goth.

Okay, I have a problem. I don't know if it's normal or not. I guess I'll start out by saying I'm fairly outgoing and loud. Anyways, my friends and I and some other guys went to this guy Micheal's house today. Micheal's a 9th grader (I'm in 8th) and we were there for like 4 hours without his parents home. Anyways, when basically everyone except one other guy had left, we started cuddling on his bed.
