Question Posted Saturday March 5 2005, 10:27 pm

My sister who resides in the state of California, and I in the state of Florida, has two kids one of which lives in Florida with me. My question is this: She has filed her income tax getting earned income credit when she didnt even have or take care of her kids. but got this benefit on her taxes and now has abandoned her kids. I only want someone with a law degree in family courts to answer this ?/ I would rather not have anyone answer than several people with NO law degree. thank you!

Sorry darlin', but I don't think there's going to be anyone on this site with a law degree.
