Question Posted Saturday March 5 2005, 9:31 pm

May 1st I'm going to have to wear a white dress for this really REALLY important thing of my entire life. I've been eatting like a pig beause... I guess its anxiety. Well I want to loose weight. Also, avoid the things that make me gain weight. I was thinking of diet pills but I hear they are REALY bad for you. Anyway, any tips to loose as many weight as I can in less than 2 months? Im not exactly looking for permenant diet plan just... an emergency one. Maybe if I only ate a certain amount of calories... or didn't eat or drink nothing but water... or... did a certain excersice. I don't know. Please pretty please HELP ME! Thank you sooo muh for your time!

It's simple. Just put less energy(calories and fat and carbs) into your body than you use. If you are 140 and want to be 120, just eat what someone who is 120 needs to live off of. Also, exercise is not just important, it's somthing you won't lose weight without.

And, please, please, don't just eat nothing but water!! That really harms your weight in the long run.

Cut all of your meals in half. Then do crunches, it'll flatten your tummy. You may gain weight from the muscle, but you'll lose fat and have a flat stomach.

Exercise.Go walking every evening or do something else you like to do...Turn on some tunes and dance yer ass off. Lots of it.Eat normal meals just stay away from junky, salty stuff like chips, cookies desserts....If it's good don't eat it!

My lifesaver is yogurt. If you want something good try the boston cream pie...low fat.

Stay away from pills and quick fixes, I've tried them all and they do not work. Exercise is the big thing.Good luck, weight loss or no I am sure you'll look fab.

Dieting Tips:
Weight watchers is the best way to go. I do it too, and my mom does it too. My mom has lost 6 pounds in about two weeks. Don't eat like a hog or pig, but do not go on a scary starving diet! Watch what you eat, but make sure you eat enough.

Well, Depending on your age, it's not safe to diet. Please don't starve yourself. It dosen't matter what people think of you. Just be yourself and live!

The best advice that I can guarantee that works is eat healthy and exercise! But since you are on a time limit of two months, in order to lose the weight faster, limit your calories per day. Remember to make the goal reasonable, say 800-1000 calories (which is easy to attain). Also try to drink 8 glasses of water per day to reduce your appetite. Green tea also helps boost your metabolism to help you burn the fat easier. As for exercise, do a lot of cardio (running, jump roping, jogging, dancing, anything to get your heart rate up). If you want to tone other parts of the body, go to the gym and use the machines.

Depending on how much pounds you want to lose within these two months, if you jog for at least 20-30 mins everyday and stay active, you'll easily lose 1-2 pounds per week. Just stay motivated and stick to the plan! NO CHEATING!

Good luck!

never go on anyone elses diet plan!or those stupid diet pills!only YOU know what amount of food your body is used to...counting calories is usually the best way but for a temporary plan, in a week or so your body will start to get used to the amount you eat, so one day in every week, eat about 250-300 calories more then usual so your body wont get used to it. another good way is to just cut all fast food and junk food off. some people(like me)will immediately lose weight for that and who knows you may grow to hate junk food forever like me^_^

Mmm. I never trusted diet plans. Just spend like an hour and a half riding a bike or "power" walking. And don't eat sugars and fat and stuff. You can eat meat, as long as you take out the skin from fried chicken, although you shouldn't eat fried stuff either. Eat carrots and salads. Buy a whole bag of salad. Don't get ranch dressing. Get like. Italian dressing or something.

I don't know. I'm not fat.

Hey. you have to eat and not just drink water!!! Do about 70 crunches a day. Eat veggies and protein and cut your meal down like split what your eating in half. Dont forget to drink lots of water. Go running with a friend and do some exercises. It'll keep you in shape and hopefully help you out.

dont drink soda, eat healthy, stay off the junk food, run and do cardio exercises, drink lots of milk (helps lose flab around middle), and dont drink diet soda either cause it makes you feel icky, dont go anorexic cause it makes you be isolated, dont skip meals cause it slows down your metabolism. good luck and no diet pills. drop one if you need it

Don't do that because that's scary and you could end up getting really sick. Just go on a SAFE diet and don't drink only water. Don't starve yourself. Eat fruits and vegetables. And try to exercise.
