Okay, I'm a pretty preppy girl. I have lots of friends, and we all are into fashion, and dressing our best. Anyway, I have a secret love, that's so far from fashion I'm afraid my friends will hate me for it. It's skateboarding. I loove skateboarding so much, and I always go skateboarding after school with all the skaters at the park and stuff. It makes me happy, I love learning new tricks, and doing all that guyish stuff. It's so weird, but I feel like I can't tell my friends. Well, now they're all getting curious about why I don't have as much time to hang out with them..and I'm starting to run out of excuses. I've only told one of my friends (whom I'm actually not that great of friends with, someone whose 'out' of my group and in a 'less known' group, but she's wonderful) who I never really thought much of, until I learned she can keep my secret. She's such a great friend, and I'm wondering why I feel like I can't tell my other 'friends' about my secret passion for skateboarding. What am I to do? Should I just come out and tell them I like skateboarding? (I don't think that any of them will take this badly, but sometimes girls can be really.. picky about things, and some of my 'friends' may ditch me because of this) Find new friends? Only tell some of them? Aghh, help!!

If they were you're friends, they wouldn't give a crap what you do!. It's not their choice about what you do. You do what you do, and nobody can change that. If you love skateboarding, then do it. Tell your friends your passion for it, and if they hate you, big deal!! No Offense. Hang out with people that you can do something that they like to do. It's you're thing, you're choice, your life. GO FOR IT!

my grandmother and altzemiers(sp?) and 2 brain anerisms(sp?). she lives in an apartment attached to my house. its been ok but seeing the changes in her are getting really hard. she isnt far along w/ the altzemiers, so she still remembers who i am but she still could NEVER live alone bc of everything she does. but recently shes had MAJOR headaches and there probably from the anerisms. but my mom chose not for her to have surgery bc she would go through all that pain juts to come back and not remmeber. shes in so much pain and i cant do anything. i feel so helpless. just a little 14 year old girl who ppl just stare at sympathetically when they find out, but give no helps. does any one have any advice..im a little on the helpless side. Ok i have athletics every morning and of course i sweat. Now i am begginging to get these red dots-bumps(they sorta look like tiny pimples i guess) in the middle of my chest or boobs. Does any one else have them? are they normal?? how do you get rid of them?? Its about to be time to wear a bathing suit and i dont want these things!! please help me! (link)

Okay, well it's normal. It means that your boobs are growing which is a sign of late puberty. Stay calm and maybe you could try putting on some cream!

I have this friend that has a cancer but I dont know wut kind and he was doing really well untill the day of my uncles b_day.
We got a call on the phone that said he wasnt doing to well and that they gave him some medicine that they usually give people who are about to die.
I am so worried wut if he dies and we will never be able to see him again.
He is only 17 years old

Calm down about it. Even if he does die, just keep saying that ol' phrase ' He's in a better Place'. Also, Try to write about how you feel in a journel, and think about how much worse it would be if you had to see him suffer. Don't worry about a thing, and you'll be alright!

well... i seem to be having stomachaches very often. And not just lately, it's been almost forever and i'm getting kind of tired of it. it's always after i eat, every time... and it doesn't matter what i eat. typically greasy foods and fattening foods. i feel like i'm going to throw up, and sometimes i do. I don't know what it is! I have a healthy diet and am happy with my wieght. i dont know what is wrong or what's causing it. anyone with any advice, PLEASE help! i rate 5's. (link)

May 1st I'm going to have to wear a white dress for this really REALLY important thing of my entire life. I've been eatting like a pig beause... I guess its anxiety. Well I want to loose weight. Also, avoid the things that make me gain weight. I was thinking of diet pills but I hear they are REALY bad for you. Anyway, any tips to loose as many weight as I can in less than 2 months? Im not exactly looking for permenant diet plan just... an emergency one. Maybe if I only ate a certain amount of calories... or didn't eat or drink nothing but water... or... did a certain excersice. Maybe you should talk to them and your school consler. I mean, when u talk to them be nice and say like ' i dont understand whats going on with you guys?' ' please let me know ' and maybe they'll explain. If they get a divorse, then that seems whats right for them. You can't change they're relationships but it's not your fault. It'll be Okay

I have alot of dried skin on my face all of a sudden for no reason, so I stopped using a facial cleanser but it doesn't seem to help, I've tried a feew moisterisers and nothing is working, and I don't wear cover up or foundation or anything like that. Any advice on how to get my face moisterized? (link)

Okay, I have a problem. I don't know if it's normal or not. I guess I'll start out by saying I'm fairly outgoing and loud. Anyways, my friends and I and some other guys went to this guy Micheal's house today. Micheal's a 9th grader (I'm in 8th) and we were there for like 4 hours without his parents home. Anyways, when basically everyone except one other guy had left, we started cuddling on his bed. He was holding my hand and like rubbing his hand on my stomach and stuff while we were watching a movie and earlier we held hands while I was just sitting on the bed and he was on the floor (his matresses are on the floor) and I don't know, I liked him being there with me and doing stuff with him, but I got so nervous! I don't know why, I just felt kind of awkward. Do any of you get this way too?

Welll, It happens to me too. Try Blinknig your eyes more when watch them do that and when theirs internet abbreviations. It could help.

Well, if you're friend likes someone. Support her. You probabley will get to that point as well. So, the next time u see her, tell her that you're glad for her and tell her that it's impossible for anyone to not like her.

Well I mean, If he stares at you and makes eye contact then I'd say, YEAH! HE LIKES YOU! So, remember if he acts shy and flirty around you than he definentley likes you!

All you have to do is have warm, salt water. gargle with the water for about 3 or 4 days. that should do it. if it doesn't keep it up.
