quick ab/weight loss

okay, im going on a spring break cruise soon but i want to tighten up my abs and get off that little inch or two of fat off my belly. im 13. can some one tell me a quick 5-day workout to get rid of a little belly fat and maybe lose a pound? or even a 10 day excercise routine/diet. please help!!

Zig Fighter

I have a Zig Fighter jet that has been very reliable until recently. Just yesterday my air-conditioner belt broke and I had to replace that. And for the past few weeks it has been sputtering just before I hit Mach-8..and it drinks the gas horribly; you all know how much jet fuel costs these days, its crazy. Is there any way I can fix this or make it more efficeient? Should I just get a new jet?

I have this friend from Washington State, and she showed me pics of what she claimed was her. Well a month or so later, I was on a picture site that you can have friends- no its not myspace- [she had like a pic of her puppy on it] and then I saw a little icon of a friend that looked like her. Well guess what? IT WAS "HER". She obviously stole her friends pics and claimed them to be hers. Should I be somewhat offended? I mean that she wouldn't trust me- I'd rather her say that she'd rather not show her pic.

i go to this really preppy biotchy school in dc (all girls, private, kiss kiss) but anyway, i used ta be a really sweet person and like really focused and dedicated in life, but my school has really changed me...i find that i am really judgemental of people in a bad way...and i spend way too much time deciding what to wear and i do alot of trashy stuff with guys...what should i do?

Ok, if you somehow make a fake human body, wheather as real as you can get, or a metal designed one, or a robot, and put the brain of someone in it, but keep the brain alive and successfully put it in another body which you bring back; is it possible to bring that creation to life? will that body have a soul? If having trouble, read doctor Frankenstien for more details. This one has stumpted me. Help me out people.

okay- here goes.. well.. lately my dad has been acting wikkid weird.. everything you say to him, he turns into an agument... my mom tried to tell me its because his dad (my papa) just dies in november, buthe has been acting like this only sincethe end of february.. well.. any way, my point is i really wanna know how i can get him to either stop turning everything into an argument , besides "talking to him" because, really, that doesnt work because he'll just get mad and FLiP OUT! PLEASE HELP ME!! i rate really good!!

hello there,
My girlfriends found a terrified bird yesterday and it wouldn't fly away. They couldn't take it home so they hid it somewhere out of any predator's reach and where it could fly from if it could. Anyway, my question is:
If we find that the bird is still there, what should I do? Should I take it home with me? And what am I supposed to do to it ?
I need this urgently please!

My Xanga is being annoying.

I just started a xanga. I don't need links for a layout or anything, I found the one I want and it looks great. My only problem is the highlight on my text is this bright purple color and that's not the way it shows up on the sample layout. I went through the code for it and I couldn't find where the color number was so I could change it back to white. The color number to the text highlight is #9900FF. I didn't find that color number in the code for it at all. I need a little help! If it would be any help to have the code for it in my additional information, let me know. Thanks so much if you can help!

okay well i was friends with someone online for a few months and we got really close - we told each other like everything and stuff. I showed her like one pic maybe and my face wasn't showing that well and I'm not really comfortable showing pics online anyway because I knew that she saved them on her computer. Well, we grew apart, and then a month after we did I found out that she was even bisexual. the problem is.. she ims me every once in a while and asks for my pic, saying that she has all these pics of her friends saved. am i wrong for not wanting to give it, or feeling that im only imed so she could see my pic?

now guys be totally honest.. if a girl was decent looking.. not ugly but not that pretty but had a real good personality would you be ineterested in her and go out with her? if she was sooo hot but ditsy and fake would you go out with her? would you make an effort to get to know an ok decent looking girl? thanks.. and ill rate 5's!

This boy asked me out the other day for this friday. I really, really like him. But the thing is, I'm afraid I might say something. I don't want to give away his name...he's actually "famous" or w/e (my dad's a prop manager for the show he's on).
So we're supposed to go out this friday and its going to be hard. I know he's a normal guy...and so far I've treated him normal, when I see him for like 2 minutes at a time... and thats just on the set. Whats it going to be like out in the public with other girls everywhere?? And what do we talk about? Should I bring up the fact that he's on tv? That my friends want to meet him? IDK!!!!

I'm really having trouble

I've always been told that I am a talented actor. Lately though, I have been restricted from acting by my parents. This is due to my average and not superior grades. I've been trying for nearly 7 months to get the great grades my parents require so that I can do the thing I love most. I just can't get focused enough, I come home and just forget to do my homework after my chores. I am smart, and know that I am capable of good grades, I just can't get my brains together. I would like to go to a study group, but my parents won't let me do that either. How can I get back in my honor roll tactics, and into theatre acting again?
