ok i have this claddagh 4 band puzzle ring... i took it apart and now i have no idea how to put it back together.. ive looked on google and the ring hasnt come with instructions.. its real complicated.. does anyone have any simple, easy directions to put it together? thanks, i rate 5's

there is this girl named Courtney and she as a crush on my boyfriend. Well he has track with her and sits with her at lunch sometimes. Well she knows me and him are going out and she flirted with him right infront of me yesterday and then has the nerve to talk shit about me and give me dirty looks! Well me and her got into it but it was only words being said. My boyfriend yelled at me for yelling at her! He said that if I hit her at all that me and him are done! We I don't know what I should do.. its complicated! Please help!

ok...i went out with this guy for a while on and off then finally we just stopped going out...then one of my friends went out wit him and i wasnt that comfortable at first but then got used to it but still thoguht about him..they broke up for a couple days and i started liking him again..but they got back together..and i still have feelings for him...whut should i do!?

i like this guy and he is sweet, attractive, and is so nice. He's funny and tall. One problem, got a girlfriend. He is so sweet tho and he pays more attention to me then his gf even tho i'm only his friend. Too bad his gf is my friend but not a really good one. Hey. Does anyone know how to get fit and look fit -like, have a six pack and nice bicepts- the shortest and easiest way? I do not have access to a gym nearby and I've been doing sit-ups, but it isn't working fast enough. What should i do to speed up the process? I'm not fat, just real thin.

Ok first of all...this is really long but please read it because i really want some help. My dad has seemed to be a lot more meaner all of a sudden. Well hes always been mean sometimes but I mean hes just started to become physicaly mean. I was downstairs before because I was checking his email because a friend of mines mom was emailing him. So, I kept going down there to check it. hey im a 14 year old guy..ok theres this girl who lives in a different city who i met thru some friends who i LOVE! she is so aweosme! and she loves me too, which is great. but theres a girl at my school who really likes me and i kinda like her..and i might want to ask her out in the summer, but i wouldnt be able to flirt with the girl i love and she'd never forgive me or trust me again. but its hard cuz the long distance, even tho i visit her a few times a year. should i ask the girl at my school out or stick with the girl i love? i rate high for good advice

Ok well im 16/f and i cut my self . On my wrist and dont tell me to use a rubber band cause it dosent work ive tryed or write in a jurnal cause ive done that to..
