Hey. Does anyone know how to get fit and look fit -like, have a six pack and nice bicepts- the shortest and easiest way? I do not have access to a gym nearby and I've been doing sit-ups, but it isn't working fast enough. What should i do to speed up the process? I'm not fat, just real thin.

Well.. If your older enough and have the money you could get steroids injected into your arms, body, legs, etc .. but i think that is illegal or sumthink.. or get peck implants, they basically implant silicone type things into your body so your have a body of a man who works out alot for like 30 years! Then all you have to do is go get it re-done.. thats like £15000 though.. and i think you have to be over 18.. unless just go out and exercise, run, swim any sporty things hope it helps xx

You could workout by doing the things that people do on the TV daily. Just tape or TIVo it , and work on the excersises later.

It takes a while to see results for wanting to get fit and toned. Keep on doing sit ups and try to do crunches. Increase the amount you do and that will help.
