Built up anger

I've confided a lot in total strangers lately. On this i mean. I'm happy with that it makes me feel ssecure that it cant come back on me. Any how friends of the realm. I have found myself incredibly angry these last few years. Im 16 years old and i am probably sufering from something beyond me. I jus want to know. How can i control this anger or what ways are there too redirect it. I'm only concerned because i'm starting to hit things like punch walls and anything close to hand; alll the time!! And can anyone possibly give any clues as to what this could be. All help greatly appreciated.

my gf is really shy and its hard to talk to her cause she changes the subject i know she loves me cause she tells me ALL! the time......which i like to hear.....and i want to know wut i can do to make her not as shy....and to tell me how she feels and stuff.....and a question for other girls what can i say to her to let her know i love her with out saying it.....lik to prove it i want her to be blown away so what can i say to her that she will love?

ii have a seriously bad habit of biting my nails ii would love 2 have some long nails by the time school starts, does ne1 know of some really good tips and/or products or something that would get me 2 stop? -[(nail polishes? medicines?)]- any good answers get 5!! thanx loads!

ok i am 13 and a gurl and i play foot ball, i am always tesed and i never get a date with a guy my age because they think i am a guy girl.....but what they dont under stand is that i love to play foot ball...BUT I AM STILL A GIRL!! so if i wear a skirt to school i always get tesed on how i cant tackle in that and that i am gettin to girly to play the sport that i love...so tell me how can i tell these guys that i am still a gurl even though i could kick there ass if i wanted?

What do i do when i have an abuse of mother, who has mode swings, and is VERY abuse of somtime, its starting to be more abuseive than not, i am scared to tell anyone cause i know that it will come back to her and she will hurt me, like last week i didnt do my chores and she twisted my wrist, and now i have a sprained wrist.

new look for highschool

I'm going to be a freshman this year when highschool starts and I was wondering if I could get help with a "new look", and I mean everything! I dress kind of preppy, but also sporty at the same time. I would like a more rocker//bohemian//preppy look all mixed in one. Is this possible? Everything from what(if) I should put something in my hair, all the way down to the shoes! ((no spandex or cowboy boots please!)) I'd also like a new look, I wear eyeliner and mascara everyday, any updates? Any good brand of eyeliner that doesnt smudge, wonderful foundation for beige skin, a "flirty" pink blush, and waterproof mascara would be awesome! If anyone could give me advice on a good first day of school outfit, that would be fantas...

ok.... i have this friend. her name is angela. we both have a crush on the same guy. his name is matt. and well... she also likes this other guy.... say his name is ken..(it is not him) well i like him 2.. she does not kno dat. i also like someone else secretly.. well i think i do.. wen im with him i like him.. but wen im not with him i hate him.. i dunno.. so we are all friends. so it is strange..bcuz.. if i go out with my secret crush... he is friends with ken so he would kno so then ken wouldn't think im available so he won't ask me out. but with me angela and ken and the secret guy.. okay say his name is kent......it is not though.. me angela ken and kent are friends but we torture each other.. and it is fun.. rite now we have a job tog...

well, heres the thing, all of my friends have babysitting jobs, but i dont. i really want one, but i m too shy to ask ppl. i have tryed putting signs in the door, but that didnt work. i m a shy person. does anyone have any ideas for what i should do/say to get a job!?

ok i have a really big problem. i wear a training bra and any tank tops, short sleeve shirts, or really light fabriced shirts i wear, my bra shows ALOT. and also the even bigger problem is on tank tops, my bra has a higher up arm hole so you can like see the bra alot on the arms. this has stopped me from buying new clothes, and i always try to look for the clothes that cover me up the most!! im so mad cauuse I just want to be confident and free about myself and not worry about this! its all i think about. yes, dont say ask my mom cause she always asks "well why are you being so mad, whats the problem" whenever i pass the opportunity to buy a perfectly nice shirt!its cause im too embarresed to tell her about it. the only reason i...

children dealing with seperation from one parent

I have been in my current relationship for 9 months. Previouisly my relationship was 4 years in which we had a child. since then her father hasn't seen or talked to her in 6 months. Now when she starts to get close to my boyfriend she takes three steps back. But if she meets someone new she walk with them and hold their hand and she won't do this with my boyfriend. This upsets him and I've told him maybe she's just afraid to get close with himbecause she's afraid he will leave her too. Please help me try to understand this better. (she's only 5 years old)

Tampon leaking?

I just inserted my first tampon about an hour and 15 minutes ago. Well, half of the string is covered in blood and i still have blood dripping out into a pad. Why is it doing this? IS the tampon full already?? I used a playtex gentle glide regular if it helps. I also have a heavy flow. Should i take the tampon out or what?
