i'm so insecure!!!
ok i have a really big problem. i wear a training bra and any tank tops, short sleeve shirts, or really light fabriced shirts i wear, my bra shows ALOT. and also the even bigger problem is on tank tops, my bra has a higher up arm hole so you can like see the bra alot on the arms. this has stopped me from buying new clothes, and i always try to look for the clothes that cover me up the most!! im so mad cauuse I just want to be confident and free about myself and not worry about this! its all i think about. yes, dont say ask my mom cause she always asks "well why are you being so mad, whats the problem" whenever i pass the opportunity to buy a perfectly nice shirt!its cause im too embarresed to tell her about it. the only reason i have a bra is cause my mom bought me 2 old navy ones like a long time ago and they like hardly fit me.please dont make fun of me, i really want to feel good about myself and not have me bra practically in full view. HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS ANNOING PROBLEM??????

Get a real bra, or don't wear a bra if you don't really need one. Kmart usually sells some "regular" bras for cheap in the kids clothing (yeah I know, kiddish). And I don't normal wear light colors, but I suggest a white bra if you wear light colors.

you should simply be a ble to adjust the straps and make the bra go lower onto your back. And if the bra is too small for you then by a new one and test it before you bu ythat way it will fit you how you want. If it is too big... then i dont think you should trouble yourself by wearing it. Good Luck

tell your mom usualy moms help more than you think they will trust me once i started telling my mom about some problems iv been having and she help a bunch

I think someone before me already said this, but you should definatly buy some new bras. Maybe it's time to stop wearing the training bras and start wearing regular bras. Most regular bras are cut lower on the sides than training bras, so that would eliminate that problem. I would also reccomend trying on your shirt over the bra to make sure it doesn't show.

Oh wow, I'm sorry you are so worried about this! But don't stress so much, it's just a bra. I think you definitely need some new bras. Try some different styles that give you coverage in certain areas. Maybe you should get more than one kind so that whatever shirt you're wearing, you have a bra for it that won't show. Try Victoria's Secret, American Eagle or Marshall Field's. Hope this helps!!

To tell you the truth, I only have sports bras too. Whenever I do wear tanktops and stuff, I wear cami's with built in bra's because they look like bra's in the back with the thin straps and they're really comfortable. I wear them to bed all the time too. You need to get a cami if not more than one. I know you can get them really cheap at costco in all kinds of colors and styles... if you have a costco near you. Most clothing stores sell them too or even target and maybe wal mart. try it.

I think you should try talking to your mom. She's not going to make fun of you or anything. Your mom can't read your mind and its easier if you talk to her now because later on in life your going to have tons of questions for your mom. I know its hard to ask or tell your mom personal things, but she's going to really helpful. I used to have a similar problem and I just ask my mom went we were at the mall if we could get a new bra for me. For the summer time you should buy tank tops with a built in bra. Hope this helps

ok... wat i would do.. well i did do it.. cuz i have the same problem as you..... go to like a limited 2 or a mandees some store like that and ask or look for this shirt called a cami. it is a tank top that has a bra built in it.. it is very helpful... and you can't tell that it is built in. i love them lol... or you can get a strap less bra...hope you take my advice seriously.. oo.... if ya wanna kno some places to get camis ask me
