babysitting: how do I get a babysitting job?
well, heres the thing, all of my friends have babysitting jobs, but i dont. i really want one, but i m too shy to ask ppl. i have tryed putting signs in the door, but that didnt work. i m a shy person. does anyone have any ideas for what i should do/say to get a job!?

okay I know this might seem a little cheesy but this is what i would do i would go and make littles notes like you did and go and knock on peoples door that you know have kidsgive them the notes and ask would you be interrested in this? nobodys gonna make fun of you so there is no reason to be shy but I do know how you feel i am the same way but the way I got my baby sitting job is by doing what I am telling you I am not trieng to be mean but it doese work lol

ive been babysittin alot lately. i never volunteer myself to do it tho. my mom or dad always does. my mom directs at a daycare and thats how i get most of them. just ask your parents if they kno anyone you can babysit. thats all the advice i have,, hope it works.?!?

Tell all your friends that you are really interested in babysitting. Let them know that if they ever get a job offer that they can't do, (they already have something else planned) you would love to cover for them! If you do get a job this way thank your friend and the people you are babysitting for, and let them know that you won't let them down. If the kids like you, maybe they'll ask for you again. Just make sure you don't take over your friend's job!

dont just put up flyers on any old door!!go inside maybe a conveince shop and put flyers with your phone number on it.ask your mom to spread the word and ask around for you.maybe you have some cusins you can babysit for.i wasnt to sure about this question but i hope by little bit of advise helped.

try talking to family members and letting them know your available.. you could also ask your parents to spread the word at work

ok lol i am gonna try this again...ok if your school offers a baby sitting course so you can learn all of the things to do in am emergency i think you should do that....and as for getting the word out...have your friends help...they baby sit right? then if they cant make it have them tell the peeps they baby sit for that they have a friend(you) who would be more then happy to help out...you can also have your parents find people at work that have kida ...thats what my mom did! it works trust me...you could also try putting sighns up in local parks and store.......well that is all i got for now...sorry about that last one i "tried " to enter....my computer is weird...hopew i helped..bye

Try putting fliers at a Store like Big Y or something. Or you can start off babysitting some people that are friends of the family or your own family.Hope i helped..good luck.

ok one day when you see some little kids and there around there mom have a friend with you and say yah mrs.smith said she loves me to baby sit her kids that im the only person she would trust
then the other mom will hear you and think you a good baby sitter and ask you to watch her kids thats how i got my job well i hope i helped and if you have ne more quistions just drop em in my inbox
