Children's Story

I can not remember the name of the story.
I read it around 3rd grade. The story was about a poor man who was eating a sandwich or something and the food was gross so the poor man went and sat near the richer man's food so that his food tasted better as he smelled the scent of the better food nearby. Then the rich man gets on to the poor man for smelling his food or something. That's all I can remember but I swear it's a real story. I can usually find anything I can't remember on google search but not this so if you're familiar with the story I described, tell me what you got.

So me and my boyfriend were on our scool email chat and he tells me that he is going to see his ex-gf from like 3 years ago, this weekend. I am super paranoid and jealous. His mom hates me and suggested that he go to the thing that she will be at, and said "Katlyn will be there". I trust my boyfriend but I don't know this girl and I'm worried. Also she will be going to the same church camp as him and I am even more worried. Am I being overly jealous or paranoid? Or is this a normal reaction? Thanks

I am in an odd situation (to me anyway). I am going to start with a few months ago. I told my best friend that I had feelings for her but she said that she didn't feel the same. So I tried to move on from her and I thought I did.
So then this girl asked me out, she lives too far away for me to meet but we Skype everyday. So I've been going out with her for a month or two now (not counting the time I knew her before she asked me out)and I've recently realized that I still have feelings for my best friend.
I can't understand why I am feeling like this. I should have been over her ages ago. I don't believe that this is fair on my girlfriend. So why am I feeling like this? Should I tell anyone about this?

I'm an introvert, and I just got back from a four-day trip with a friend of mine. We spent a lot of time together on the trip and I didn't have a moment to myself. Now that we're both back home (we don't live together, but nearby), I really need a break. Not only was I with this friend the whole time, I saw a side of him I'd rather not see (angry, mean, critical, selfish, proud). Although I know he can be a really good person and I want to remain friends with him, I need space now and I also kind of want to distance myself from him since I've seen this side. To Offended or to not be offended that is the question

My boyfriend (m/25) and I (f/24) have been together for five years. I truly believe he's the one. We have stated to one another that we are soulmates. Well we have recently started unprotected sex and I'm not on birth control. I realize its risky and we should be a lot more careful.
However he called me the other day and told me he bought plan b in case just for next time. He asked if it would offend me...I don't see how it would. However I question it now and it kinda of bothers me. I feel if he loves like he says he does than wouldn't we be engaged and wouldn't he want to have kids with me?? I guess I'm confused. Mind you I'm not ready for kids...idk :/ any ideas or advice?
