I need help with finding a dress & shoes for my high school graduation?

I need help. What stores can I go to & find nice clothes for my graduation. We have to wear black & white. I don't really like dresses & heels. Is there anything else cute I can wear?

Simple, you can wear black slacks (dress pants) or a black skirt (probably pencil, mini might not be appropriate) and flats are always acceptable, just make sure their stylish.
