Increase your fiber intake.
I would start every day eating a bowl of fiber one cereal. Within a week your constipation should be regulated.
Increase your consumption of whole grains, fruits and vegs, yogurt(!!), and water and you shouldn't have these problems any more.

Sometimes certain foods can cause constipation or lack of high fiber foods. It's also a side effect of some medications. Not drinking enough water over an extended period of time can cause it as well. ]
eat some bran flakes, that will sort you out :) ]
