taking breaks

Well me and my girlfriend have been going out for a month and a half, and I really have fallen in love with her. She says she has too and I believe her. Now shes says though that she wants to take like a break for maybe about a week. Now during this break were suppose to be pretty much still going out, but with like no strings attached. She wants to make sure that if given the chance we wouldn't do anything with someone else or we could and see if we still felt the same way about each other. I understand why she wants to do this becuase we've both been done wrong by other gfs/bfs. She just wants to make sure the relationship lasts before diving in head first. I agreed to do this, but still want other people's opinions.

Crunches=Pain

Today I did crunches and it really hurt my neck. I think that is a sign that I did it wrong...or is that normal? I've recently started working out, like really recently (this was only my 7th time) and I was wondering is it because I'm getting used to it now, is it because I'm doing it wrong or something? I did 70, btw.

my best friend introduced me to this new guy she just started to go out with. She talks about him constanly. In her eyes he could do no wrong. When I met him he seemed nice. But later on he started to flirt with me. he told me that he is using her to get closer to me. He says He is just with her because she has a good paying job and she takes him out to dinner and shopping. In other words he is a friend with benfits. When I told her about what he was up to. She accussed me of being a liar and stoped talking to me. She had been my best frien since the 7th grad we are in our 20's now. I miss her and hate that she is mad with me . how can I get her to see that I am not a liar?

My cousin's best friend recently just died about 4 days ago. She's having a rough time because they grew up together and were extremely close. I don't know what to do, besides be there for her. It's kind of hard when she lives in Boston, though. Anyway, since she's having a rough time she got back into heavy drugs and began to cut herself, again. I'm trying to make her realize that she has to stop all this and face the fact that he's died and try to move on.. without having to cut/do drugs just to get her happy. I'm trying to get her to remind the good times they shared, but it's not working. What should I do with this problem? Any ideas?

i have this wierd fetish where i loovve watching things break. sometiems i just sit in the yard and throw thigs at my windows to watch em break... i like the noise. or the crack it makes when you break a bone.. i am addicted to hurting things and people... i have been sent to court three times for fighting and breaking ppls fingers. (they make the BEST cracking motion) i am not a wierd or meen person.. i just looovvvvee the sound and the feel of having power. please help :-(

Hi I've been doing this workout routine and so far I have 4 things I've been doing, crunches, squats, and lifting weights to work my arms to diff. ways. But I want to vary it up some time so what are six other workouts that work generally any part of the body? Thanks for advice!

I have this picture and its a great picture except the fact that my eyes are 2 different colors, neither my natural color, and it looks terrible! The one is red eye and the other is like bright gold from the flash! Is there anyway I can get this fixed? Like anything and WalMart or just in a picture program? Thanks for any info!

Weird day..

Well today was kind of weird (obviously). I was at a certain rehearsal for something and there was this one girl. She's older than me but i'm not sure how much. I'm 15/f and bi. Well i thought she was looking at me several times and i just got this weird impression. It was almost like she was looking at me in that certain way, ya know??? I swear i could just be paranoid because we didnt' even say a word to each other. But whenever i looked at her i had shivers running all down my back. I couldn't even focus. I have no clue what to do or anything. I must be paranoid but what do y'all think?!?!?! Please give me helpful answers you guys. I rate!! Thanks

ok iv been going out w/ this guy for a month and a few weeks ill call him jim well my neighbor ill call him bob comes over sometimes not very much now that im going out w/ jim bob comes over like 1 or twice a month me and bob have done stuff in the past cuz he kept on preasuring me until i say yes i make up excuses but they never work we had like a no strings attatched thing going on though and im afraid im gonna cheat on jim w/ bob cuz like its hard for me to say no and bob is always preasuring me to do stuff w/ him what r some good ways to say no to bob!!

Ok, well, this will probably seem stupid to most people... but there's this guy in my grade (8th) and last year he told my friend that really liked me and he was really sweet to me and then I started to really like him and he asked me out and we "went out" for a while but the thing is, we hardly really talked. then i guess he just told his and my friends that he didn't really like me that much anymore and nobody ever actually broke up with the other one, but we just kind of broke up in a weird way. Well anyways, then it became awkward around him. He started being kind of rude to me. Then, during like the last week of school, we kind of started talking again and it was a lot of fun we started flirting a lot- like he took my sweatsh...

My dogs are so cute! But they are 2 yrs old and they are still not pottytrained! one poops in my room the other pees in my room!! I am sick and tired of it! But I still love them to pieces!
