hmm.. i would say give them time because they are puppys but their not because their 2 years old.I would say look up in the yellow pages something like dog training or dog specialist.because they are pretty old to be going in the house still. But maybe its because their a certain breed of dog that takes more time to train.Hope i could help you out!

You need to crate train them.

No matter how old a dog is, if they mess in the house, they need to be crate trained.

This is a great site which just happens to be by a guy who trains German Shepherds, but this info works on ALL dogs! Even Chihuahuas. ;-)

Here's another good section of that site:

And a great Q & A on housebreaking:

Get your dogs crate(s) and read the first and last link especially.

If, after you read these, you have any specific questions, feel free to ask.

one thing you could do is try to get your new dogs to follow the older oen's example, although im sure you've already tried that. it sounds like you're at your wits end, and if you've tried all the basics, (treats for peeing in the right places, punishment for not, etc.) then there is a product that may help. There are many different brands but it is generally referred to as "puppy drops". When you spray it in a spot, the scent inspires dogs to pee there. petco or petsmart have a wide selection. I hope this helps, because I have BEEN there, and this is what worked for me. Just show the sprayed spot to the dogs, put their noses against it.
