16(F)my thighs arent that big (im a size 10-12 uk sizes)im just not happy with the shape of them like most people.
i just want to know how to tone the front of them nd take the rounded look off them while still being curvy.
also what aerobic excercise or sport can reduce fat in thighs.just a lil i dnt wana be anorexic.
so help!!!please and thanks.

Ok I have 8-10 days to lose a little tummy, I just want it to be flatter. Im not fat.. like 5'7 and 135 lbs. I also want to lose a few pounds though, besides flattening my stomach.
What's a good nine day diet.. wether its like just fruit or umm detox stuff.. what exactly is that. I heard of it, but like idk. Also what exercise should i do and i dont have a machine.

Okay so first of all I'm not at all over weight, my appearance is thin. I'm 16 and 100 lbs, but that doesn't really matter too much.
I want to lose the fat on my lower stomach- because if I'm wearing a tight shirt it looks somewhat bad. I don't know if people notice but it bugs me.
Haha anyways it's a hard spot to target with exercising so I've heard.
Does anyone know good exercises for this? besides crunches? I have a yoga ball too, would that help?

Well, I weigh 126 lbs right now, and I want to just trim down in the tummy area a little bit, so my ideal weight would be at 122 lbs or so. I read that to lose weight that you should change your eating to healthy choices, but I already eat a reasonably healthy diet; no doughnuts or pastries, I hate salad dressing, I eat a lot of fruit, etc. So you see I don't know what else I can do. What are some regular exercises I could do just to lose 4 or 5 lbs? And preferably quickly. Thanks!

alright, well like many teenage girls i want to lose weight.
however, i cant resort to an eating disorder - unfortunately ive tried and i cant bring myself to do it.
i cant buy pills because im under 18.
and i cant join i gym because i dont have my license yet, a job to pay for it, or the time to do it because of school.
what can i POSSIBLY do. its not like i want to cut my weight in half, because that would be ridiculous, but i want to be skinnier, because im not exactly the slimmest of my friends.

i was wondering if anyone has tried any dance workout videos and if they actually help you lose weight? i am trying to lose weight in the mid section, my stomach and love handles. so has anyone have any experiences with ance workout videos that have gotten them to lose weight esp. in the stomach area? also if you could recommend some dance workout videos, then that would be great! i prefer the hip hop ones but which ever one could be fine! thanks

This summer I'm going to the mediterranean with my school, including a short cruise. My concern is that i am slightly overweight (i fluxuate near 207, but im only 6' tall, and i don't exercise enough). I want to enjoy myself, without being embarressed, and i want to feel healthy in general. My diet isnt really bad, i eat fairly normal portions of well rounded foods, and i avoid junk foods when possible. I want to know if anyone has any daily routines they do to keep in shape, and an estimated length of time before visible effects would occur. Also, if anyone has tips to get motivated (im usually a procrastinator) that would be nice. 15/m

ok so i am trying to get into shape before swimsuit season.
1.)what are some excersises that i can focuse on my thighs, bottom && stomach
i have a home gym and i do crunches
but its there anything else
please dont say go to the gym... because for some reason i feel so uncomfortable for people to watch
2.) what are some things i can try for diets
how do you stay away from sweets
i drink diet pops
i LOVE fruits
and i do not eat pork
please what are some things i can change about eating

Okay, so I'm around 5 feet tall and I weigh about 115 pounds, I'm not anywhere near fat, but I have some chub I guess you could say, its not like terrible, but I don't feel comfortable wearing tanktops and stuff so all of my clothes are like babydoll shirts, but I really want to lose some weight by summer so I can finally wear tanktops and feel comfortable. How much should I run/walk every day, because I don't have a bike or anything else like that? Also what should I eat? I eat a lot healthier than I used to, I usually have a salad everyday for lunch at school and I have a healthy breakfast, but after I get home from school I pig out, so please help me stay determined not to, like give me some tips for that and some good foods that are healthy for me, thank you so much!

I have 7 months to do this.
I'm looking for ideas along the lines of:
- Specific diets
- Excersizes
- Low calorie TASTY food

i have this drink but i havent used it yet. it's like a drink whitch burns fat ? would it work? if it does we'll i loose my love handles? is their anyway to loose them? i hate going on diets it's really hard. i almost have no time for excercising. i'm not going to take pills thats for sure. HELP?!
