Ok I have 8-10 days to lose a little tummy, I just want it to be flatter. Im not fat.. like 5'7 and 135 lbs. I also want to lose a few pounds though, besides flattening my stomach.
What's a good nine day diet.. wether its like just fruit or umm detox stuff.. what exactly is that. I heard of it, but like idk. Also what exercise should i do and i dont have a machine.

Its 10 days and its like detoxing.
I did it and it worked out really great but its very unhealthy and you'll gain the weight back if you have low metabolism already and dont watch what you eat afterwards
basically its all you drink it taste really good but you feel really tired and sick during the time but afterwards you feel really good.
