SQuiRToFLeMoN answered Monday January 7 2008, 7:23 pm: wall sits are a really good idea when your trying to tone your thighs and if you don't have a partner to exercise with. basically you lean against a wall and bend your knees to a 90 degree angle like your sitting in a chair and the wall is the backrest. then hold it for as long as you can and each time you do it, do it for a longer amount of time.
