thighs-the problem area. 16(F)my thighs arent that big (im a size 10-12 uk sizes)im just not happy with the shape of them like most people.
i just want to know how to tone the front of them nd take the rounded look off them while still being curvy.
also what aerobic excercise or sport can reduce fat in thighs.just a lil i dnt wana be anorexic.

i, personally, think pilates works really well with toning. it tones your thighs, abs, and arms. its also not that hard. in pilates you do a lot of excersises where you can feel the burn in your thighs,which means its working. so maybe you can try that. just a suggestion. ]
wall sits are a really good idea when your trying to tone your thighs and if you don't have a partner to exercise with. basically you lean against a wall and bend your knees to a 90 degree angle like your sitting in a chair and the wall is the backrest. then hold it for as long as you can and each time you do it, do it for a longer amount of time. ]
