Exercises.

Question Posted Monday December 31 2007, 2:02 am

I really want to find a work out DVD that concentrates mostly on your abs.

Are there any great work out DVD's out there?

yeah there are loads...go to Target, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, or wherever you like to shop that has DVDs and look in the exercise section. Look for something that focuses on your core section. If your like me and get bored easily try going to blockbuster and just renting a couple of exercise DVDs and then rent a few later...It's better than buying a new one every time you get bored

go to target, and in their dvd section there is also a workout section. there are many videos that just focus on core training.
