alright, well like many teenage girls i want to lose weight.
however, i cant resort to an eating disorder - unfortunately ive tried and i cant bring myself to do it.
i cant buy pills because im under 18.
and i cant join i gym because i dont have my license yet, a job to pay for it, or the time to do it because of school.
what can i POSSIBLY do. its not like i want to cut my weight in half, because that would be ridiculous, but i want to be skinnier, because im not exactly the slimmest of my friends.

Instead eat right, drink water, and excercise. Dont worry about your weight unless your doctor says you need to [ hometex9's advice column | Ask hometex9 A Question ]

The key to losing weight is to burn off the calories that you've eaten. Meaning, the less calories you eat, the less you have to work out. That doesn't mean that I'm saying to stop eating altogether, but limit your portions.
Start eating vegetables, fruits, and breakfast [if you don't already].
BREAKFAST -- bowl of cereal [remember, go according to the serving size on the side of the box.] if you still feel hungry, have a banana. Bananas contain lots of fiber which will make you feel fuller. Bananas are also a leading source in potassium, which gives you energy.
I'd like to quote something from the page:
"All videos are recorded at my apartment and prove that if you have strong longing to succeed - place doesn’t matter."
:) See what I mean?
