i have this drink but i havent used it yet. it's like a drink whitch burns fat ? would it work? if it does we'll i loose my love handles? is their anyway to loose them? i hate going on diets it's really hard. i almost have no time for excercising. i'm not going to take pills thats for sure. HELP?!

you get one after your high, after your drunk, and yes, even after you try to stimulate your fat burning capabilities through chemicals.

first off i dont exactly know how they plan on burning fat through a drink. otherwise everyone would be using it.

second when you stimulate your metabolism it charges, through exercise (a natural metabolism booster) theres no crash, but with a "booster drink" your body will crave more and more food as your metabolism gets stronger and stronger. so once you get to a desired weight, it will be hard to gain it back as you will unconcsiously (sp) crave salt, chocolate, or down right anything sweet.

you claim to have no time for exercising, a 50 sit up ruitine before you go to bed every night will help you more than you think, hell it might even motivate you to get up 30 min earlier to run everyonce in a while.

little changes now can have enormous changes later. so make right choices, eat your fruits and veggies, work out when you can, instead of not at all, and you'll be proud of yourself.

I would have to agree with the last post on the weight loss drinks, their not a healthy way to loose weight, and plus....good lord their nasty. Really the only (good) way to loose weight is through exercise.
The thing about organic food i'm not sure i agree with, (mostly beacuse i dont like it) but also because it's not always the best source of protien, but if it works for you, then go ahead.
Now my best suggestion would be to find a physical activity that you really enjoy and make time for it. Because honstly, if you dont like the exercise your doing, then you wont stick to it. I might suggest dancing or boxing or swimming depending on your personality.
Oh and if you would like some more advice on how to make the time, or what activity you should try, feel free to ask me.

Taking that drink would be just as bad as taking pills.
Start with about 50 bicycle crunches, or sit ups, whatever theyre called, right before you go to bed.
You'll lose the love handles.

And eat organic, all natural foods.
And excersise would be the only thing to keep you in shape. You have to make time.
Riding a bike would give you the fastest results.
