It seems so far that you are on your way to slimming down in time to wear a bathing suit. First of all, do plently of cardio to get your heart beating, get yourself sweating, and burning unwanted calories. Also, since you like to do your exercising at home, (by the way, I do all my exercising at home too as well :) you could invest in a punching bag so you don't have to run outside. Using a heavy bag is actually a fantastic cardiovascular exercise because it gets you breathing well and definitley makes you break a good sweat. A treadmill is also another indoor option, but that is definitley a more pricey peice of equipment. Since you want to tone your thighs and bottom, you could try doing some free weight exercises. Lunges are great for defining your glutes, as well as your legs. To tone your legs, don't use a heavy amount of weight. Use lighter weights, and do more repititions, to define your muscle instead of building it bigger. With cardiovascular exercises being executed in twine with your toning routine, you should start to see yourself shedding some body fat and showing your definition. Dieting is a massive aspect to losing weight and toning as well. Diet pop is definitley a thumbs up in comparision to regular pop, but it still isn't a great thing for your body. It's still a carbonated beverage that contains aspartame, a potentially toxic artificial sweetner. It actually creates a drug-like effect in your mind that makes the drink taste sweet, when naturally it really isn't at all. Try eating anything with a diet pop and you'll notice the aspartame even makes the food taste sweet, regardless to what it is. So what does it all mean? Diet soda's make you CRAVE CARBOHYDRATES. Hence you will be more tempted to eat sweets while you are trying to diet. Fruits and vegetables are quite possibly the best things you could take in to lower your body fat. Use this rule of thumb. If it's ever been canned or frozen (with the exception of some frozen vegetables) don't eat it. That is a great rule of thumb for minimizing body fat. If you have any more specific questions or anything, just let me know and I will help you out :) I wish you great luck in achieving your goal!

Do any cardio. Cardio burns calories, which will help loose weight and burn any fat. So if you don't like the size of your body, it should help you slim down. Buy a cardio tape, i have one and i loveee doing it. It's not tiering, alot easier than making myself run, and i like it. Bike riding is great cardio too, espically for the legs.

With cardio, burning fat will let your muscles show more. Then, you'll be able to see your shape so all those crunches will count! Keep up with crunches, running, lift 5 lb weights even. Anything sculpting. Look at any of these...

For a good diet.. well first don't think of it as a diet, just a healthy life style. You should stop drinking pop, diet or not. Diet pop is not the best for you either. It's best to just not have it at all. It's great that you love fruits because you should have a serving of fruit for breakfast, lunch, and a snack.. or other times of the day. Pork i believe is more of a fatty meat, not as lean as chicken or turkey (very good for you), so if you don't eat it is not going to be bad. Fish is really good for you (tuna, fresh salmon) and lean meats (like I said, turkey, chicken.. if you see something that says 90/10 on a package it means 90% lean 10% fat, so keep that in mind). Fruits and veggies should be eaten at every meal.. or atleast tried to! Fruits are easy to get in your meals because you can eat them alone and they taste great, but not a whole lot of people love raw red pepers or brocoli, so sneek in veggies by putting them on your sandwich or making meals with lots of them. Watch your carbs, make meals with whole grain/wheat stuff because it is alotttt better for you than processed grains/flour. I think that i just told you alot, and I could go on too, but for now just try that stuff. I'm sure you'll see resultsif you follow this, including being active! Good luck, hope this helped, come back if you need anything else.

I would suggest getting an exercise ball. It is really effective and totally fun.

As for the diet, I would just make sure that you don't eat starchy foods, or high sugar foods. Stick to protein like chicken, fish and fresh fruits and veggies. Also, make sure to drink plenty of water. It helps in so many ways, weight loss, skin complexion, and overall healthy feeling.

Good Luck!!
