Me and my sister are wanting to lose some weight for the New Year. Mainly the stomach and the thighs. If anyone has any tips, anything would be very helpful.
Monkeygrl answered Wednesday January 2 2008, 11:41 pm: Diet, drink water, and workout ;) It pays off. One thing I suggest is that you do not run, unless you can run long distances. Powerwalking might be better.

heres what works
every other day excersize
some excersizes that are good
-sit ups
-crunthes
-suitcases (lie on the ground, at the same time lihf shouler/head towards kness (bring kness up too) go back but do not let your head or feet touch the floor) this is very good
also going for jogs and walks is great
