Neighbour's kids.. Pissing me off.

I've posted an earlier question about being annoyed with the neighbour's kids because they keep coming over, and staying over at my house, and entering without knocking or anything.
Everyone has advised me earlier to speak to the parents, but I am extremely shy and I feel bad having to speak to the parents because I feel I shouldn't have to because 1) it might create animosity 2) i feel absolutely terrible
Just literally less than 5 minutes ago. I've had another experience that has me extremely annoyed.

Well, me and my boyfriend have been together for 3 months now and, he suddenly started avoiding and ignoring me. Everytime I get on Skype my bestfriend (male) invites me into the chat and so on my boyfriend leaves the room, it makes me feel guilty and sensitive. My bestfriend is also his bestie. he told me he is jealous on our friend relationship with my bestfriend. There is also another subject, it's a girl. They've been besties for 5 years and, I also get jealous. Since then, I have been lonely. I have not been able to contact my truster for this talk so,I had an option here.

i dont know who to ask this but if anyone can help it would be great. there is a fan page on face book which is racist, abusive and content which should not be published. i have reported this page to facebook but they dont seem to care as i have had no response. these people have publicly humiliated my partner and alot of other people. they have made hundreds of jokes about dead babies, racist jokes and remarks and are extremely abusive. please would somebody advise me on what to do thanks a million in advance.... this is the link:www.facebook.com/KurtiSafc and www.facebook.com/DeadBabyJokes

Our world society gets more and more connected everyday, so someone in America could easily adopt certain aspects of Japanese culture, or any other culture. One could argue that it's stupid because Japanese people don't like foreigners, but there's bigotry in most, if not all, cultures. That doesn't mean you can't appreciate the good parts of them.
I love how I'm not just limited to my environment, and how I can make friends in different continents online. my friend just got a new boyfriend and he lives close to me ,so my friend wants to come to my house and go for a walk so she can meet up with him. But my mom always tells me before we go on walks to not run into any boys (I'm 13). So if we do go on the walk and my mom figures out what happened my mom will probably not trust me any more. but if I tell her before the walk she could say anything (she could maybe allow us to go but i don't know). So do you think i should tell my mom or keep it a secret.

Since these last few months I've been eating so much! I have a kebab and chinese and like 2 mcdonalds a week! I can't be pregnant because I haven't been doing sexual things with anyone,I take a big bar of chocolate,sausage roll,chrips,2drinks and jelly to school and I still have dinner,I didn't eat that much before:-/!,what would be wrong with me? None of my friends eat like me:-/! But I don't put the weight on,but when I run I can't run for long anymore,last year I could run 800m in 4minutes but this year it takes me 7minutes,please help?

Okay before I say anything, please try not to judge my feelings, thoughts or me. I just need advice on what to do at this situation. Okay, here goes.
So long story short, I have a boyfriend now that I've been dating for about 3 weeks. Hey there(: well I love writing stories in wattpad, in which I hardly get any readers. Well I got this really good idea for a story and well I posted it on wattpad the first chapter, and I only 3 reads! And I did what a lot of people said, I fanned a lot of people and subscribed to clubs and posted to the clubs about my story! But still only three reads so far! I know it's only one chapter but I see Tons of books that have millions am I don't see how!? Please help!!! And let me know ways how and why I'm not! Thinking about changing my major.

Hello, female, seventeen, going to be a freshmen in college. I had originally planned to be a teacher, elementary to be exact, then at orientation they said that special education is a good choice as well because the economy is in dire need of special education teachers. Now, I had my second orientation this past weekend and I had switched to special education. I came home and read about it after I sat through all the classes with all the info thrown at me and the number one thing I read is "if you want to be a special education teacher, your heart HAS to be in it because the pay is terrible". I also have to have 4 clearences before the summer is up, 20 hours of observation over a group of mentally challenged students, keep a 3.0 ...

What do you do when you're completely, utterly, blindingly, confusingly, mesmerizingly, and inexcusably in love with a man? Do you tell him? Is it a bad idea? What if it's the only person you have ever even had the smallest crush on? How would you get over it if they rudely rejected you? What about if they unexpectedly have admired you from afar forever and you never noticed because you were too busy thinking about when the perfect moment would be?
