I'm eating way to much:-| Since these last few months I've been eating so much! I have a kebab and chinese and like 2 mcdonalds a week! I can't be pregnant because I haven't been doing sexual things with anyone,I take a big bar of chocolate,sausage roll,chrips,2drinks and jelly to school and I still have dinner,I didn't eat that much before:-/!,what would be wrong with me? None of my friends eat like me:-/! But I don't put the weight on,but when I run I can't run for long anymore,last year I could run 800m in 4minutes but this year it takes me 7minutes,please help?

When you eat, eat slowly. This is to ensure that you can understand when you are actually full. Chew your food 25 times, and put down your knife and fork/food down after a bite. Once you have chewed 25 times, swallow.
Focus on your food, i.e. no tv. This will then help you to understand when you are actually satisfied. And don't just eat because it is in front of you. When your brain tells you that you are satisfied, stop eating. Wait 5 minutes, and if you get hungry again, eat. But if not, then don't.
You don't state your age, so It may be a growth spurt. Just be sure to eat healthily, and consciously. ]
Could be a growing spurt, but becareful because if your metabolism doesnt go through the food like it used to. you will start to gain weight and be out of shape hence the 7 minutes compared to the 4 minutes. it's okay to eat. just eat healthy ]
