Okay, I'm going to sound like a close minded douche. But is it normal to be annoyed by certain types of music and styles? In particular, mainstream screaming/death metal or whatever. I know it is music but I just get so annoyed 'cause like the people I know who listen to that type of music, most listen to and dress in that style like in a wanting to fit in way. Like oh, I'm cool because of this, or they WANT to be considered weird by others. Like an attention thing? Or having the huge headphones that everyone on a bus can hear the screaming, and not even the listener can make out the lyrics. I don't know. Maybe it's just a pet peeve or whatever they call it. This guy Ive known for a few years, hes amazing. We have gone on a few dates, but when it comes to asking him if I'm his girlfriend, he says no.
We have kissed, he calls me babe, and sends me <3 all the time.
I want to be his so bad. But after my previous relationship I'm a little scared. And understand he wants to take it slow.
But Ive liked this guy sense I met him. I'm very inpatient.
What should I do?
He even offered to give me the jacket he was wearing the night we met, and the reason we even started talking.

Heartbroken

I broke up with my on and off again boyfriend (for 3 years) almost a month ago. He has a drug problem and relapsed. I had so much hope this time because he went to a rehab and was such a different person than before. We were doing really well and then he came to visit me because I was up doing summer classes at my college and he lives in our hometown. Well he relapsed a few days before...I had no idea. my question is why are you so tense? did something happen in your life that made you so tense?
like when i asked for help cause i wanted to commite suicide you said and i quote 'you think life is hard now, it gets harder and harder while you grow'it gives me all the more reasons to commite suicide.

I'm in middle school and I've liked this guy for a year and I just can't get over it because I don't understand him and he sends mixed signals. The thing is we're suppose to "hate" each other and I think he does or at least acts like it. I didn't want him to know I like him and my friends just RUINED IT. I am a high school teacher & I'm teaching summer school this year. there is a student that I've known for a couple of years & I've taught her in the 8th grade also.
She has a crush on me, and it's pretty obvious. She blushes & smiles when I talk to her.
She told her friends who told another friend and so on, now loads of students know. She always finds some way to draw attention to herself, so I have to pay attention to her loads.

Ok, so here's the story. I'm 14 years old and very mature for my age. I was in a committed relationship with a girl but it only lasted one month. My backstabbing "best friend" gossiped about me and the news spread round the school. Only me and my girlfriend did more than kiss, she touched me too. So, my friend got mad at me the other day. I said I was sorry and she replied back along the terms saying that I wasn't a true friend, and I am. So I gave her a few days to cool off, and I called her today. She didn't answer, so I left her a message. I sent her a text through iMessage, and she didn't reply. I tried facetiming her, but that didn't work. So I called her house phone, and her mom said she didn't want to talk to me. I'm just upset and mad, and even wondering if I should be her friend. Okay so I've always been under average weight and under on BMI and my family is all skinny but at the beginning of this year I decided to watch what I eat (idk why I was just scared or really really self consciousness of being chubby). So I started cutting all the crisps and chocolate out because I always used to eat loads of rubbish everyday.. then a few months later I noticed like two reddy purple lines on my higher inner thigh..
My question is how on earth could I get stretch marks when I change from the diet I've had all my life to a healthier diet, surely I couldn't of gained weight? I just don't understand soo advice on stretch marks and how I could of got them please... Thanks

So I'm a sixteen year old girl and I just started having a texting conversation with this guy last night. We started at about eleven thirty pm and didn't end until three am.
At first we talked about our summer day camp that we're a part of. He's a activity leader and teaches me stuff and said that I was doing well. Then I got him to get rid of my annoying nickname. Soon he was asking me about my bedtime and how old I was. Then he asked my birthday and why I'm so shy. Eventually it got to him wanting me to tell him about myself.
