coworkers that are trouble makers and unemployment

I have been a nurse for 30 years. Recently I encountered the co-workers from hell. I realized that the company had trouble keeping new nurses in this area, and I could see why..The two young nurses that primarily worked there, had an attitude that they were better than everyone else. I gently explained that in the nursing world I've seen this before, and if they ever want a day off, they need to think about the disparaging comments they make about all the "incompetent" nurses they've worked with, and help new nurses learn their job instead of spending their energy putting them down.

I am living with my old aged parents & daughter-in-law (4 yrs. old baby) my sister (baby's mother) is a employee in another place. And I have a very affection with this child from last 4 yrs. Recently I married and my wife is not interested to live with this child, and this child does not have any other source to live. Everyday my wife getting pressure on me to go outside from home. I am not ready to leave my old aged parents and young child and I feel to I am doing injustice to all my family members and decided to die............ I am requesting to all life partners please understand to your partners situation and give your support to them for resolving this type of problems..........

Hi, I'm an 18 year-old female, fresh out of high school, and I've never dated anyone. Ever. Never had a boyfriend, never been kissed, never been on a date even. I've been asked to a couple dances, but that's about the extent of it. And that's sort of on purpose. How do you make the page smaller on a computer?
When I make my page smaller it cuts things off and when its bigger at 100% I have to scroll and the page is too big. My page is too big for the screen on my laptop I so need help to make it smaller without using the zoom level thing , Thank you

Im 14/f Who is gay but lately I really kinda don't feel turned on by girls even when I fantasize about them. Ive never been kissed by a girl but have by a boy but didn't feel a spark, Also with boys I'm not attracted at all. Is this something lesbians go threw. My family moved to America in 2000, when I was 6, and even though I'm now 18, I still occasionally find myself missing living in England. My parents are Cameroonian, and when I was 5 I lived in Cameroon for 1 year, but I don't find myself missing Cameroon as much, even though I had a very good time there, too. I guess it might be because my parents are Cameroonian, as well as my extended family, so that part of me never left.

Height worries

13/f so I'm about 5/6 maybe 5/6 and half so I'm tall for age. My my mom is 5/8 and a half but my dad is about 5/5 maybe 5/4 so what I want to know is: will I get any taller cause my sister is 7 yrs old and is almost up to my chest and I'm worried that she'll surpass me! (silly, I know but it always bothers me when my parents say my sister's gonna be taller than me! :( )

Long-Term Relationship falling apart

Nearly 20 years and then in a huge argument that turned physical he took out one of our (love) toys and proceeded to beat me with it, then switched to other vices such as putting his hand over my mouth (I was screaming - LOUDLY) while strong-arming me into another room.
I took the toy afterward and threw it away - two days later - still sorting out what happened and the fight and are we going to try and work things out and he noticed that this toy was missing so I told him why...now he's told me he's moving out, taking the kids (teens), and we're done.
I don't know how to fix this! Please help- my heart is shattered.

Okay so something weird happened in my sleep today. I was in a deep sleep and I jolt awake. I notice the activity in my mind on my hand so I look directly at my hand as my eyes opened. I see my hand was forcing its way up, raising above my head and formed into the Spock hand sign from Star Trek. It scared me because nothing like this has happened to me in my sleep before but right after I saw my hand, I put it back by my side and fell right back to sleep. Later when I got up, I researched the web to find out what this hand sign was and finally I found an image of Spock in Goggle Images. Then found that it was named the Vulcan Greeting. dreads or not?

i've gotten really into spirituality the past 4 years of my life and am really looking into getting dreads. i want them really badly and have for a while now but my mother is so against them. she keeps telling me that you can not get a job with dreads and that people will constantly judge me and i have to hang out with "a certain crowd of people". i do have really nice curls that i like, but i would love the chance to have dreads now before i am too old to experience them and change my mind.. does anyone have any experience on this?

hello everyone. i'm 17 years old and i just dont seem to be happy anymore, i can't feel anything around me, i dont feel like talking to anyone and i cant even remember my old life. i feel sick and worthless, i always ask myself, whats the point of life? whats love? whats me?!! my thoughts scare me sometimes. i broke up with my bestfriend and he's a guy though. but i just cant feel it. sometimes i say maybe he's the reason of my depression.. but i dont really know.. im very tired of this, i forget how it feels to be trurly happy, sometimes i ask myself maybe the problem is with me? i cant even trust my parents, i always feel like they are hiding something and they lie to me. i cant feel anything and its killing me. whats wrong with me? how can i deal with this? is this normal?

I was very active and very in shape up until three years ago. I started eating junk food and constantly drinking soda. It has gotten to the point where I will actually go up town more than once a day to buy soda and chips. My stomach has become quite round and my rear end gotten huge as have my thighs. I was wondering what I could do to stop drinking soda and eating junk food. I don't need any help with exercise, I just need to know how to stop the constant snacking. Thanks in advance!

I remember watching regular porn. But I remember exactly how I came across transsexual porn - by accident. And as soon as I realized what I had clicked on, I got curious and explored. That was about three and a half years ago, I was in ninth grade 8( I've always tried to stop. I've made improvements too. But I feel like I have no hop whatsoever.
