Duration of general sexual act

I am a shy guy. I dont know why I am that way but I lack this confidence to initiate a talk with any girl. Too many questions come to my mind and its gone.
One thing that bothers me is what is the usual or normal duration of an intercourse excluding the time spent on the fore-play.
I am curious because first and the last time I had an intercourse, it lasted merely 1 minute. Is it a normal duration as a first timer or how is it.
What effect does masturbation has or will have on this duration?
What are the possible solutions to enhance the duration of intercourse?
How can I improve my confidence?

Telling about my past to my boyfriend

I had a relationship with a married man with a daughter for a few months before we broke up. I totally regret about it now but i did not know on how to share about it with my current boyfriend. As far as i remember, there are 3 friends of mine who knew about this matter. At the same time, my group of friends are also my boyfriend's friends. i have lied to him that i had a relationship with a man who had registered marriage and had daughter later. I felt so guilty because i love my boyfriend so much.

My bestfriend gets mad at me for stupid things

Me and my bestfriend have been fighting more recently and I feel that the friendship isn't even worth keeping. For example I went to the pool with her and took a wine cooler with me, and there was only one more left and I was planning on drinking it the next day, I told her she couldn't have it and she didn't make a big deal out of it at all, but when we had both parted ways after we left the pool she goes and tells her mother that I'm a rude and stingy person because I don't ask her if she wants a drink at the pool, as you can understand I had bought them for myself. Also she always makes me out to be a bad friend when we argue, like she is ungodly and has never done anything that I would consider 'rude' myself, and I have done literally ...

I a 22 year female. I recently lied to my step father about being with my boyfriend who i have been on and off with for quite sometime. Well my boyfriend heard and got upset and now he thinks i am not ready for a committed relationship. When we were talking I couldnt look him in the face cause I hate seeing him hurt and I hate him seeing me cry! I dont know what else I can do to show/tell him that I only did it to not have any more conflict. Can you please help me?

Love and Pregnancy

I am 23 and 6 months pregnant. My boyfriend told me when I was a month pregnant he wants nothing to do with me or the baby, he added that the baby is not his. Well I have been working close to a year now and resently got permanent in the company.
No matter how stable my finances are I still feel he should be responsible for the up bringing of our unborn baby untill such age that is stated by the law. I am scared to tell them at work as I only got this permanent job 2 months ago.
My parents are very understanding of the situation but they dont really know how I feel. This is killing me inside.
Please advise on what to do or steps to take in this kind of situation. Thanking you in advance.

Im not your average guy. I get attached easily, but I hide it well. All I want to do is care for a girl and treat her like the queen she is without being crushed. I want a commitment. I want to be nice, but nice guys always finish last. :(
I go through this cycle maybe twice a month. And my results are making myself more handsome or working out. But nothing works.

I am wondering exactly how bad swishers are for you, I have smoked them every now and then for the last year and I will be 18 in a month and I never found out how bad they are for you.
I know most people use them for weed, I use to but quit smoking weed a year ago and was wondering if they are as harmful as cigs or even worse.

Hi, Im 19 and so is my boyfriend. I was pregnant and was having a tubal pregnancy so they removed it this Sunday. Before my pregnancy we weren't together but once i got pregnant with him he came back. I told him the only reason he got back with me was because of the baby. he keeps telling me thats a lie. well anyways yesterday i told him to go to my house. He couldn't because he was at a party, so he told me he would come the day after. so I called him today and he was sleeping almost the whole day. Do guys think stretch marks from pregnancy are gross?
I'm pregnant & now I have stretch marks... I don't want my husband to look at my stomach or see me without a shirt, I'm not overweight but I have stretch marks that look disgusting & he might think so. I think I don't know if these will ever go away completely. I still have them and I use oil and lotion. And I am so insecure about it. I know guys think it's gross do they?

Ok so i need some advice on this. I have been bleeding for a whole month first like a period and then light. I went to the doctors when i was 5 weeks they couldnt see anything in the uterus and my hcg levels were 200 then i went in when i was 6 weeks they still could not see anything and the levels dropped to 159. The doctor thinks because they didnt see anything in the uterus yet that it can be ectopic but they have no proof of the ectopic pregnancy they said that the tube looks clean and so does the uterus. I don't want to get a methotrexate shot if they do not have any proof of me having an ectopic pregnancy. They believe it can be to small to see it. Deleting Old Accounts

I have an old Myspace, Xanga, Facebook, and Twitter accounts that I can't log into. I mean really, really old like maybe 5-9 years ago. I do not have access to old email addresses nor remember what they were. I'm not sure if I could guess old passwords. Is there any way I could delete any of those accounts? Only 1 or 2 have too much information on them.
