sometimes i jsut dont want to talk, and people notice that im not talking. I dont know waht it is but I just dont wanna open my mouth and its depressing. People always think im sad but i just really would rather not talk, i feel like i dont want people to hear me( which is weird cause ive wanted peopel to hear what i say all my life)

Any good way to get gum off of a retainer? I cannot give up gum chewing and usually forget to bring my case to school. At the end of the day it ends up stuck to it, and looks discusting. thanks

Work Out Plan / Eating healthier.

I've decided I want to be more in shape and eat healthier. I don't neccasarily need to loose weight, 5'4" - 135 lbs. But I just want to tone up and eat better. Can anyone suggest work out plans / healthy eating habits / or websites to give me this information? It is greatly appreciated, getting ready for summer/prom =]

Okay, so I broke up with this guy (almost 2-year relationship) like...five months ago, or something. I fought with him about three months ago and said I'd give him space. Well I did, and I IM'd him tonight on a whim. It was stupid, I guess. I didn't expect him to be hostile, and I wasn't going to bring up the relationship, or the breakup, or anything, and HE did. He brought it up by asking me basically why the hell I was talking to him. I was worried about him when I broke up with him - I didn't exactly consider him the most emotionally stable at that point, and part of me wanted to know if he was okay, because I was the one who hurt him...so I told him that, and he said I didn't get to know how he was because I wasn't part of his life anym...

my grandmother moved in last month because she started to get sicka nd everything so we had her come to our house after the hospital& everything. well i alwasy have faught with my mom, we just really dont get along like most of the time. but its been worse since my nana has been here. the other night my mom started yelling at me about everything ( she has issues, im not tryin to get attention she has problems though but i love her) but she started yellin at me so i was yellin back and my grandmother started bitching at me and they both started like egging me on trying to get me mad, cuz my mom knows how to get me mad and irritated. the next day my grandmother moved into my other aunts. i obviously feel really bad even though i knows its...

Alright, a question for the numerous RENTheads out there(yay!)...actually, it's in the movie. During the part where Angel first appears right after Today For You, Maureen calls Mark. Then he says something like How dare she call me after she dumps me...yada yada yada...Collins says: That's cute, you still love her... Then Angel says something in spanish. Ok, I took three years of Spanish in high school, and I have a friend who is Mexican and we still can't figure out what she says. Plus they won't show what it is on the subtitles. So if anyone speaks spanish or had access to a script or something please, either tell me the sentence in Spanish or traslate it for me, because it is driving me insane!

plastic surgery

I really want to get a chin implant and have the bridge of my nose shaved down a little bit but my mom is completely against it because she thinks I'm changing the way God made me. I've been really self-concious my whole life and I would think that my mom would want me to feel as good as I can about myself but she just won't budge, no matter what I tell her.
I really need advice. I know that I can get plastic surgery when I'm 18 without parental consent but I'd like to have my mom on my side with this. Is there anything I can say or do to get my mom to get over her fear of me getting cosmetic surgery?

First off, my parents and I have never been very close, I don't tell them much about my personal life so this is very new to me.
I want to tell them about my new boyfriend, however there rule is Absolutley No Dating until I'm 16. ( I figured I could still have a boyfriend, just not go like out to dinner ya know?) Anyways, the other night my dad said no boyfriends, when I tried to bring up the subject of my new boyfriend.
My question is, how to I calmly tell my parents about my new boyfriend? I Don't want them to make me break up with him because I really like him, but I hate to be lying to them.

okay so theres this boy. we'll call him Elmo. so i've liked elmo for what, 6 months now? and does he even care to think about me? no..and we're good friends but i must just not be skinny or pretty or slutty enough. he knows i liek him but i dont think he gets it. i also know i shouldnt stay stuck on him. im not everr ever gonna change for him, but how can he understand how much he means to me?

hey! well im not really overweight..i just feel a little chubby. and i usually do anywhere from about 30-60 situps each day..or i try to! its SOOO hard for my to eat healthier tho..really it is :( thats why i dont think i could ever go on a diet..but i decided that i wanted to start running on my treadmile..maybe that will tone my stomache? but how often do you think i have to run and for how long?? or is there anything else i could do by exercising to try and tone my tummy?

Ok. So im a sohpmore at my high school and ive been going there since i was a freshmen but this year I dont know I just feel all alone, like I have friends but yet I feel that they've all abonded -speeling i think- me idk I'll be standing in the hallway with them and I'll just feel like they dont see me or im not even there. I get this feeling of emptyness and its so hard it feels like I have no one to turn to I feel like I can be there for my friends but they cant for me its so hard at time I just I feel like I could run away and no one would even notice IDk I guess im asking for advice that I dont even know I can get but any bit of encouagement could help..Id appreciate it thanx!

14/f...ok so I know this guy named Warren. We recently made a bet that I would go a whole day without listening to his ipod. I lost. And the bet was that whoever lost would have to give the other person something. He said on the phone that he wanted a kiss from me and today was my chance but I was nervous when he mentioned it to me and played dumb. He said that I knew what he wanted and I said no I dont just tell me and he said nevermind. Now I'm afraid that I wont get a kiss from him and I don't know how to bring it up that I still owe him. Any ideas?

Ok so im 15/f and my gets on my nerves alot. She is always flirting with my boyfriend. Her boyfriend moved about a month ago. But when her bf was here she was always yelling at me because i was so called flirting with her boyfriend. My other friends ask me if it seems like my friend is trying to "steal" my boyfriend. This is a question for the girls. I have to wear white pants tomorrow at school and just my luck i got my period today! And of course when i get my period i get paranoid about having leaks. My sister has tampax pearl tampons that are super and i dont think thats the size i need and i cant get ahold of her to ask. But my question is which is better to prevent leaks pads or tampons?If tampons which is best to use? If any of you use tampax pearl have u ever had any leaks? Thanks a bunch!!
