track my period started today, and i have track the next two days
i'm not sure what to do, because everytime i stand up i feel like i have to piss, which i got like 20 times a day, not kidding!
i wear tampon && pad
anything else?

Midol....yes midol. N try like doin some exercises so that wen u go on the track u don't feel to faint ]
don`t forget the midol ! otherwise you should be set to go with the tampon and pad. ]
oh gosh i know the feeling! you should be fine with both or just a tampon. change it before and after practice if you have a chance. <3 ]
