run every day, or at least as much as possible. then do various kinds of ab exercises, like sit ups, crunches, rockers, leg lifts etc. throw some pushups in there too to keep your arms toned. and remember to eat healthy too.

running for sure. running gets rid of fat and tones your legs and sit ups and leg raises tone your stomach. do it as often as you can, but if you`re really worried about losing "weight" (muscle weighs more than fat) in the stomach/leg areas then focus on running. because if you only do sit ups and other exercises to get toned, all it will do is make your muscles under the fat bigger which will make you appear bigger.

it definately seems like that to me. i have a neighbor who is just now a freshman and i found out she lost her virginity in 7th grade ! and i know a lot of younger girls at my high school have lost their virginities by the age of 16 and even younger. i know when i was in middle school people making out was a big deal. but yeah, times are definately changing.

This is a question for the girls. I have to wear white pants tomorrow at school and just my luck i got my period today! And of course when i get my period i get paranoid about having leaks. My sister has tampax pearl tampons that are super and i dont think thats the size i need and i cant get ahold of her to ask. i always use tampax pearl, and the only times i ever get leaks is if i don`t change it often enough. if your period is heavy get the supers and change them as often as you can, if not regulars should be fine but still change it often. and if you`re still really worried just wear a tampon and a pad. that way if you do leak it won`t show through on your clothes.

if you`re doing it to get out of school start getting sick the night before. make it kind of a scene with the whole bad head ache soar throat thing. you don`t need a fever or have to throw up for those. then when you wake up the next morning just keep your voice raspy and pretend like its even worse than it was last night and every time he talks tell him to "stop yelling" because it hurts your head too much. works for me every time :)

on top of all those crunches add some running into the routine. the crunches will build muscle but running will get rid of any fat there so the 6pack will show. it can take a few weeks to a few months, it all depends on your body and how well you eat.

its your life and you can live it how you want to. but 15 is a young age to be having sex, and 4 people is more than a lot of people have sex with in their entire lives. so people are gonna talk no matter what you do. they find pleasure in revolving their lives around yours, so if they talk shit, let them. just be flattered they`re willing to spend so much of their time thinking about you. but if you want to clear your reputation you have to stop having sex. stop doing anything sexual for that matter. if you don`t give people anything to talk about then the things they used to talk about just don`t seem significant anymore.

if you`re going to buy them online i`m assuming you`ll need to use her credit card, so i think ordering the stuff you want online will be more weird than buying them at the store.
because if you buy it at the store, you can use cash so your mom can`t log where you`re spending your money, and if you start doing your own laundry theres a good chance she won`t see half of your bras and underwear.

my best friend is gay so i`ve been able to watch him grow into his sexuality and really open up with it. i think the best way to start is to open up, maybe not to the whole school but maybe to that boy or your close friends. it makes handling it a lot easier and it will be less of a shock to everyone else if you come out a little at a time.
be the guys friend, get to know him. i`m sure you can figure it out sooner or later.

get off advicenators ! ahah i`m only kidding. but really, cutting back the time you spend on the internet or watching TV really helps you do your homework. because if theres nothing else to do, why not do your homework.
and i`m getting ready to go to college and i slacked off a lot of my highschool career and its really affecting what schools i will or won`t get into. so think of your future, what you wanna do where you wanna go. because without good grades it makes your future a lot harder.

i lost one of my best friends because she dated my ex after she asked me if she could and i told her i wasn`t okay with it. before you do anything with your best friends ex ask her if shes okay with you dating him and if she is then you`re free to do as you please. but if shes not okay with it then you should respect her decision and try to find someone else. because even though it seems like she took a guy from you, retalliation isn`t really the "right" way to go.

Ok, to sum it up. I like this guy, and my friends all think he likes me, even though they don't know i like him, and then my friend told me she likes the guy i have a crush on. and even though we're not really good friends, she asked me if i liked him and i said no, so know i feel like if she finds out i do like him she'll think i just decided it after she said she liked him. to complicate things even more, i still like a guy from camp who i haven't talked to since summer. i'm not sure what to do.. i mean alot of my friends think he likes me, and i guess i sorta see it, but i'm not sure.

if you haven`t talked to the guy since summer, then you`re probably just infatuated with him and don`t really like him so i wouldn`t worry about that.
and with the other girl, like you said, you`re not really good friends with her so if she finds out you like him you can just tell her you weren`t comfortable with her knowing, or you didn`t wanna tell anyone you liked him until you found out he likes you. and theres really no easy way of finding out if someone likes you unless they tell you, you ask him, or his friends tell you. but just be flirty with him and read his signs the best you can.

sometimes when i sign on it says "buddylist and icon are temporarily unavailable but have not been lost." it sounds like that could just be what it is because i`ve never heard of a buddylist just disappearing unless somone deleted it. if thats just the case then sign off and on again.
and if its really gone then the only way to get them back if you don`t have your buddylist saved is to add all your friends screen names by hand again.

yeah its true, it happens more often than you would think. when two people become friends on myspace and one happens to be a raper, they plan to meet up and the raper kidnaps and rapes the "friend" they were meeting up with.
its really sad, so be careful. don`t ever meet up with someone you met on the internet and try your hardest to only talk to people you know.

just start slow. when you go in for the kiss, do just that. only kiss him. your kisses will gradually become more "intense" and before you know it you`ll be making out and it will seem almost effortless. don`t use too much tongue and don`t move it too fast. be careful not to bite or slobber on him because no guys like that. but just relax and go with the flow, the first time isn`t always the best but you gotta start somewhere.

sleep with your parents. aha i`m kidding. just get to tired that as soon as you hit the bed you don`t have time to get caught up in thoughts and you just fall asleep. and if that doesn`t work just try thinknig about other things. sure easier said than done but if you make up your own little stories in your head you`ll forget all about the movie.
