If you want to be toned and keep your body at a good weight or perhaps loose a couple of pounds, what is good workout regimen (including cardio and strength-training)?

run every day, or at least as much as possible. then do various kinds of ab exercises, like sit ups, crunches, rockers, leg lifts etc. throw some pushups in there too to keep your arms toned. and remember to eat healthy too.

walk/jog 20-60 minutes a day..do intervals, like 90 sec walk, 90 sec run...ect..

and get the biggest loser dvd, its good
