sometimes i jsut dont want to talk, and people notice that im not talking. I dont know waht it is but I just dont wanna open my mouth and its depressing. People always think im sad but i just really would rather not talk, i feel like i dont want people to hear me( which is weird cause ive wanted peopel to hear what i say all my life)

I'm the same however I have to warn you this could be bad. If you have no idea why you feel this way, there could be a problem (medical)
You could have manic depression witch is harmless unless you harm yourself or others.
I know you don't want to but talk about it. Writeing onto here was a good choice. It's confidental and you can get questions answered. But it is very impersonal. Try talking to someone you know and trust. And make sure you can blackmail them if they tell(just kiding)(comic relif is my thing)
So think positive be happy and just speak your mind it will help I promise.

Okay. Well, I totally get what your saying. Sometimes I just feel like I don't want to talk, and all of my friends freak out. They're like, are you okay? what's wrong? And there's one excuse you can always use. If you don't feel like talking and everyone is bugging you about what's wrong, just say you're tired. Everyone will believe that, and then they'll leave you alone. I also know what you mean about not wanting people to hear you. Sometimes it's like you're afraid that what you mean to say might come out wrong, and you don't want to get embaressed. Well, if you have something to say, just say it. If it comes out wrong and everyone laughs, just laugh it off with them. Being able to laugh at yourself is a very good quality to have. Well, I hope this helps!

hey! well i'm not sure what your social status is like, or how much "you time" you get. so if this is your case, then please maybe try taking my advice. maybe the case is that you don't get enough time just to yourself. think about it. if you're around people most of the day except for when you sleep, then there are times when your just worn out from everything, and just want to relax and not talk all the time. this is very understandable. what you should try to do is get (haha this is gonna sound really anti social..but) get away from people for a little while every day if you can. and i mean really try to do this. if you can't find somewhere in your house to just be by yourself not doing much, then go outside on a long walk or a run. just take time to be by yourself and relax every once in a while. the results of this will be that once you've been by yourself a little while, you'll be ready for people again and all the hectic talking going on. xoxo helpachick

Maybe you are just afraid people will reject what you have to say bc in middle school I was like that .. like a group of girls may be talking and id have something really good to say to add to the convo but i never did bc i was so scared ppl would be like umm yeah w/e and id feel so retarded .. but then oneday i was like omg w/e and i just said what i wanted and everyone loved me .. so if thats the case dont even worry what other people think .. lifes to short for that .. but i also get in moods where i just dont want to talk which is normal .. my doctor told me some people just need more alone time then others. <333

It's perfectly normal not to talk sometimes. Nothing's wrong with you just because your not in a 'talking mood'. I'm like that to. Sometimes I will talk my butt off and other times I just stay quiet. So, nothings wrong with you. Don't worry! =]
