hey! well im not really overweight..i just feel a little chubby. and i usually do anywhere from about 30-60 situps each day..or i try to! its SOOO hard for my to eat healthier tho..really it is :( thats why i dont think i could ever go on a diet..but i decided that i wanted to start running on my treadmile..maybe that will tone my stomache? but how often do you think i have to run and for how long?? or is there anything else i could do by exercising to try and tone my tummy?

To tone your tummy :: Lie on your back and lift your arms above your head and lift your feet about 4-6 inches off the ground. Make sure your lying flat and only your back is touching the floor. Hold this to 10 seconds. Try agian for 15, then 25, 30, etc. These "holds" work great.
i have like the same problem..i usually walk on the tredmill for aobut 30 min everynight...but if you arnt used to working out start at 15 min and increas 5 min every week. also eating healthy doesnt mean going on a diet, just try to avoide junk food and eat fruits and veggies..you could also try sometihng like weight watchers or soemthing like that.
