I've been active in cardio and weight training (and a balanced diet) for awhile now to lose weight. I lost about 10lbs to begin with which was fantastic but now I'm at a lull.
I've been looking into supplements to aid in fat burning or energy (yes I will continue with exercise, etc) but I don't really know much about them or if any on the market actually help.
Can you suggest anything? And if so, please provide some type of information I can read up on myself. Thanks.

We are making bisquick since we don't have any, and it asks for POWDERED MILK. Is there anything we can substitute for that because we dont have it?

Ok so here's the deal....I went out with this guy Teddy and he is 19 i am 17... I went out with him for like a week....but we argued all the time and stuff and it was not working but i stuck through it because he really liked me....In the mean time my Ex boyfriend Rey wanted to get back with me and he is the love of my life so offcourse I took him back and broke up with Teddy.....Well Teddy won't leave me alone now he calls me all the time CRYING AND CRYING AND CRYING!!!!!It is driving me crazy he is writing me emails makin me feel like shit...and the point is i cant get him off my ass and he is now telling me he is going to kill himself and saying all this stuff.....what should i do and what should i tell him?? i just want him to leave us ...

im not completly happy witb my body but i mean its okay. the only place i have cellulite is my arms and they are the worst thing about me. could i lose a little weight by may 5th.. and how could i make the cellullite go a little bit away

i had sex with one of my really close friends last night. we used to hangout alot and hook up once in a while but last night he had a bunch of people over and we just did it. please dont judge me, thanks but im goin to a bonfire tonight that hes like hosting because its near his house and i just want to make sure hes not going to tell alot of people and not make it a big deal.. what should i say when i see him tonight.. should i pull him away from everyone

my mom is overprotective. she won't let me date until i'm 16 and stuff like that. I can't go anywhere without an adult unless I have my best 2 best friends with me and I can't watch movies uless they are PG or PG13 until she's watched them, and I hate that. I think she's overprotective because my dad died when I was 3weeks old. my little brother can do almost anything. It's not fair. How can I get her to stop being overprotective of me?

My two best friends and I are very close and stuff like that. We're never apart or amost never apart. but recently Dime..one of my friends... is paying more attention and hanging out with Charlie more(a girl by the way so are dime and me) but Charlie spend more time with me. then when Charlie is away and it's just me and Dime she sticks to me...and she acts normal with me and diff with Charlie. what should I do?

ohk, im 5'0, 140 ilbs gorgous face,tan skin... im really pretty, everyone tells me ... its just the weight. i have my hair how everyoone does there hair. i dont like to where my hair up in a pony, cause it doesnt look right. i want to get my hair how like all the teenagers have there hair, straightened and up in a messy bun my hair is to my sholders. how can i make myself really atractive, & tell me how to loose weight, i want all of this done by the summer, and if thats not possible then by aaugest? thanks

There is a boy named Luis at my school who I recently went out with. We went out for two weeks, then he broke up with me and told one of my friends that he felt like it when she asked why he broke up with me. But he told my best friend-his sister-that he was afraid that since everyone was finding out I would get into a lot of trouble. I'm not supposed to date until I'm older(sucks don't it?). He's always more truthful with his sister because she'll make him tell the truth. she always knows when your telling the truth. the about a week ago he asked me to get an A for him on a fake computer test something like studyisand. I did and when the teacher found out we both got into trouble but me more because he just asked me. My mom thinks he's not...

adoption

well in the future i plan on adopting a child but I'm having a hard time deciding on where to adopt from.. I have 2 things to consider
1) how bad situations are were the child is from
2) how well they will fit into my family (looks wise)
I was thinking of adopting a baby from china but 1- they wont look anything like my family
2- there are over 50 nationalities in china and i don't know which one to pick
i think i want a baby from Mexico but i dont know! its so hard to decide
if a white female with slightly tan skin and dark hair
I want pics only please! if you can send me pics of coutries that alow adoption and what a child from there might look like ...

my bestfriend is a girl & we used to be together but my gf now gets mad cuz i put my bestfriend first. my bestfriend will always come first, before any1. any girl. i told this to my gf & she wasnt happy. she said it feels like shes "sharing" me with my bestfriend. ive had to cancel with my gf a couple times for my bestfriend but i dunno wat to do. my gf is gettin rly mad & hurt but i don wanna lose her. i rly care bout her but i also wanna hang with my bestfriend. how do i split my time with them? to make em both happy

okay so theres this boy and he likes me and i do like him to. but hes afraid to come talk to me in school n stuff. i mean hes a freshman n im a sophmore and he has no problem talkin to my bestfriend and i jus dont kno what to do. i really do like him a lot. but its jus bothering me that we never talk and were going no where. i truly though he didnt really like me. but since he told my bestfriend hes moved to a lunch table closer to mine and my friends say hes always sneaking looks at me. so i really jus dont kno wat to do and im SUPER confused
any advice would be great
