Hey!
Whenever I felt like giving up, I'd picture myself in my new body, how I'd look and everything.
If I was on the phone, I'd work my legs, to pass the time.
If I was on the treadmill, I would put a picture of my favorite celebrity and look at them and think "I can do this!"
Just don't let the media put you down. They have photoshoping and everything which I think is seriously unrealistic
Keep a food diary, it could help you.
If you need motivation I'm here for you!
If I'd eat a certain food, I'd ask myself before "How would I feel about eating this afterwards?"
Inbox me and I'd be pleased to help//motivate you!
Hope I helped!

it's deffinatley hard to get motivated to lose weight but what i did was whenever i was watching t.v i used to just start doing random exercises especially when i was watching something about celebrities and i got use to it and then i started getting into sports like basketball and it has helped me loads ]
usually when im looking through magazines and there are ads for like stores or something there are usually skinny girls and i tell myself that i need to lose some wieght so i can look like them.. usually that helps but sometimes it doesnt ]
Get a role model who was or still is fat and is losing the weight. Eg: Queen Latifa. I'm also fat and I'm using a role model to motivate me ]
you should just tell yourself you don`t wanna
be this way anymore and you need a change [x] lej ]
It might not seem like much, but I can tell you that getting plenty of rest and eating well will do loads for your level of motivation.
Alot can be lost when you're tired and you don't feel well. You start with one day of saying "Well I'm tired. I won't do it today" and we know how that goes!
Don't take on too much at one time. You'll never get through it if you make HUGE goals because it really just feels like you'll never get there. You will though if you take baby steps and congratulate yourself on what you've achieved.
Start with a small goal of maybe 5lbs. Eat well. Sleep well. Don't skip meals. Exercise. In time, you'll notice small changes that will excite you enough to keep on going. I promise you that.
For exercise there are alot of videos available like Tae Bo (works REALLY well), TurboJam, mile walks, etc.
Try any of those. But make sure to incorporate variety. Buy a few if you can. It's alot easier to stick to an exercise program if you aren't doing the same thing each and every day.
hope that helps and good luck<3 ]
