Period Problems

Hello,
I'm 17 and I've had my period for four years now, so it's usually very regular. However, it was supposed to have come two weeks ago, and yet it's not here. I'm still having the signs of "PMS" that I normally have (cramps, nausea, etc.), which have lasted for over a week, yet there's still no actual period. I don't have sex, so I can't be pregnant. This has never happened before. I figure that if it doesn't come within another week or so, I may have to see a doctor. Can you possibly explain this to me, and should I see a doctor?

Why am I unable to find a girlfriend?

I am 20, a little athletic but i could stand to lose 20 pounds (i'm just a shade under 6' tall, 221 lbs.). I show everyone respect, I'm always referred to as a 'great friend' or 'like a big brother', but no matter how much i try i cannot get past that image. i'm either not seen as a date-able person or everyone i try to get close to lies and leads me on instead of telling me the truth and letting me know why they're not interested or what i was doing wrong. Am i doomed to be forever in the hell that we guys call the "Friend-zone"?
Any and all suggestions are welcome, but I have had enough 'help' from other guys. please understand that i'm looking for the female's answer to my problem.

The right way to do crunches/sit ups

Ok, so i've heard a bunch about crunches and sit ups, but what really is the correct way to do them?
do you see results when you do a lot of them.. or is how slowy and concentrated they are? do you put your hands or your chest or behind your head?
i just want these answers because i do them everyday, and im not seeing any results.

Why is it that so many girls freak out about their boobs being too small? I see so many questions about girls who think that because they have small boobs, they won't get any guys. That is not true at all.
But that really isn't the issue, I guess. I myself have quite the chest. I'm a 38 D, and still growing somewhat. It is painful sometimes, especially around periods, and frustrating, because it is near impossible to find shirts that fit, or decent bras.
So when I see these girls who think their lives are over because they are 16 and they aren't Jessica Rabbit, it makes me angry. They have no idea what larger chested women have to deal with! To me, it seems they have it easy. They don't have to worry about ach...

Before school let out, I liked this kid, let's call him steve. We both liked eachother, and he still likes me, but I don't like him anymore. He's really sweet and nice, but I don't see him much and I like someone else. So, tonight I am going to a party and he is going to be there and he thinks I like him, but I don't. Should I act like I like him just for tonight, and then tell him I don't tomorrow, or tell him today, before the party?

my friend invited me to go to this lake w/ her and her friends next weekend and i thought it was okay at first, but then she started telling me more about it. she said that the lake is her friends grandparents and hes the one who wants everyone to go. hes 19 tho and im 15 and i just think its sorta weird u kno? my friend is 15 too but if we both go there will be 6 people there 3 girls and 3 guys. the rooms are seperate so it shouldnt be too awkward bu i have a bad feeling about it. last night my friend invited me to the movies to go w/ him and her and i said no she was like " he'll meet your parents if you want him to he said hed give you a ride" but im here thinking why does he want to meet my parents, he hasnt even met me! then ...

alright, so im 15/f and i want to lose just like 10 to 15pounds. im exercising but i was wondering if weight watchers could help me. i would do the point counting, but idont know how many points i should have a day. i already have how much everything is because my mom used to do it, so i dont need to pay. i weigh like 130, does anyone know about how many points i shouldeat a day?

HAIR EMERGENCY!!!

okay.. so my hair is curly/wavy by nature
so when I go to school I always straighten it in the morning.
BUT now we have this school fieldtrip thing, means we go camp in tents for 5 days.
normally I was my hair everyday, But if I now was my hair I get curly/wavy hair because I can't bring my straighter along.
ARE there ANY other ways of straightening your hair without using an straighter or blow-dryer.. because I can't use like.. 'machines' if that makes sense..

my name is Rachel and iam a 17 year old girl and my sister moved in with her 2 kids and it's getting really crowded right now becouse it's my mom my stepdad my sister her 2 kids and me that's 6 people living in 1 house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and iam currently sleeping on the couch which I think is unfair so I asked my cousin michelle who is 36,but is like a big sister to me if I could move in with her and she said I could,but I had to ask my mom first,but the problem is I know my mom won't go for it what should I do?my stepdad is getting really cranky please help me!
