does anyone know a website BESIDES tinypic.com or how to get where i can put two pictures on top of eachother like this

Well on that she put the picture in her caption and probbaly use tinypic i dont know of any other places that do that so you could open them both up in paint and place them like that and save it.

if you have paint, you get 2 picstures you would like, and you change the borders by using the mouse to pull them down more. then pull up the screen of the otherone you would like and do select all, copy, and go to the other one and do paste. this might be a littl ehard, so if you want me to walk you through it, just leave a quiestiomn in my inbox
