Certain masturbation styles certainly qualify: Anatomically, the carpal tunnel literally a tunnel between the carpal bones, through which nerves pass is located in the wrist, so it's possible to develop carpal tunnel syndrome if your wrist bones are moving a lot when you masturbate. If you're experiencing tingling or numbness during or after masturbation, I suggest changing your technique slightly so you aren't using as much wrist action.
