I can't get my tampon out without it hurting SO bad

Ok, so I started my period last month and couldn't get a tampon in. Finally when this months period came around, I got it in (by laying flat out on the floor), anyways, when it came time to get it out, (playtex gentle glide 360 slim) it hurt alot. I finally got it out. But then I used a regular flow one. I kept it in for 8 hours and my flow is heavy. I attempted getting it out and it got halfway and stuck to my skin. I felt like I was giving birth, after crying for about an hour attempting to get it out, I got it out...in the tub. Please help me make it not hurt!

Everyone's falling out with me?

Well my group of friends is split into two houses, me and some girl and the rest (2 more girls and 4 boys) live at a hose down the road. My house mate hates my boyfriend and has done for the year and a half since she heard his name, she never speaks to him or gives him a chance when he has made an effort to at least attempt some form of friendship, she is just rude and repeatedly tells him to fuck off and forbids him from entering our house. I believed he was friends with my other friends, so we often went to that house except one of the girls who is quite frankly a pushover and has been sucking my housemates ass the past few months, started msging me saying neither me or my bf are welcome in their house. Once again I asked what he had done...

So I have this guy friend and he has asked me if I could sleep over his house, we are best friends but my mom always says " Absolutely not!". Why is she not letting me. I really want to sleep over his house but my mom is like WAY OVER PROTECTIVE. Any way I can convince her to let me stay the night. ANYTHING WILL DO! Please like HELP ME!

So i jusr got out of a relationship about 2 months ago with (guy number 1). We broke up because he was way to controlling and i couldn't take it anymore. I also had feelings for a guy in the past i dated before him (guy number 2). I have been seeing the guy from the past (guy number 2) and i felt like i had feelings for him at first but now idk for sure if i do/if it is right. Guy number 1 changed completely and is trying to get me back with me and he wont give up. I feel like feelings are coming back for guy number 1. So now i'm super confused because i like both guys. Help :( what should i do and btw sorry this is so long and confusing to follow i didn't know how else to put it. :p

Unfair Dismissal?

I am 21 and finally got a job in a toystore after 18 months. I had been working there just over a month when with no warning my area manager dismissed me.
Prior to this I was given 5 full days off with no explanation and on my last day after the 5 days my sign on sheet vanished and I wasn't on the following week's rota.
The area manager called me into the office and said that I had clearly struggled and not settled in and she couldn't keep me on because I wasn't enthusiastic despite research into certain brands of toys.
I feel like I have been stitched up. What can I do?

annoying neighbors

I live in a horrible place. My house itself is ok,but the problem are my f##### neighbors! They're so annoying and nasty. They're listening to music all day long almost each day of the week.To make matters worse,they're drunk and stoned most of the time. Calling the police won't solve anything since they're completely useless!I hate them as much as I hate my neighbors. I don't know what to do. My mum has a nervous brakedown any time she hears those bastards. I'm kinda desperate. Any help? Thanks!

Joining a soccer team without chickening out

Hi i am a sophmore in highschool and i play on My JV school team. i shouldnt say im not good because i know i am bubjust a lot of girls are better than me and its intimidating. I dont know how to get better because i love soccer with all my heart. i recently quit my intertown team because i want t join a travel team, ive wanted to for two years now but im not sure how to go about it and im scared the girls on the team im trying out for will be much better than me and i will embarrass myself. I feel stuck, i just want to improve. On JV towards the end i started my coach put me on stopper, even though i am an offender, i play my best up front and i just want to be on a team how do i go about this without chickening out and being intimidated?

Being 15 and worrying about school life and peer pressure, I often just go home and when its just me and my older sister at home I daydream or think about my life as an adult. I have it set out that im going to be a successful person and have money, I've looked at colleges and steps to get there. Then I start thinking of what it would be like to be a housewife someday after I've finished working. I just want to live the dream..don't we all? Sometimes I'll tune out or write songs about it, basically making sure it one day happens. Left work, am I entitled to a profit share contribution?

My nephew had been with a company for the last 5 years and was vested in both the companies 401k plan and profit share plan. (100%) He was let go in February of 2011. The profit share plan paid out to the employees two months later in April 2011 for the employees 2010 profit share contribution. My nephew worked all of 2010, but did not get the profit share contribution for 2010 because it was paid out after he was let go, April 2011. Should he of gotten his contribution, since he worked all of 2010?
