I heard on a movie once that if a guy breaks a girls virginity then she'll get emotionally attached to the guy... I was just wondering if it's true and if so then why do they get emotionally attached to the guy and why don't guys get emotionally attached to the girls they break their virginity with?? :)

Restraining order

2 months ago me and my bf of 1 year broke up. He still loves me and i hung out with another guy and did stuff he found out and hes really upset and i understand why :(. He is crazy in love with me and hes not abusive or anything towards me. My mom wants to get a restraining order on him and i don't want that, i really don't :(. I'm 18 years old is there anyway i can stop my mom from doing that? Please help i am going insane about this all!

I am a 29 year old mother of 2 and have been with my fiance for 3 years now. We had been seeing each other secretly for 3 months when he hooked up with another woman to. They saw each other for 3 months before I found out. They ended and I decided to continue with him. When it finally came out we were dating his ex girl friend stopped by his house and said she had slept with him a month before and had been at his house the day before this and the previous day I started to leave but he talked me out of . after I moved in he started talking to the girl he had the 3 month fling with again. I'm a 15f and I'm just so down..my aunt has cancer and do does my cousin..my friends just bailed on me all at once for no reason..me and my mom really aren't close anymore..I've been stressed latey and sad because of drama and so I'm failing 2 subjects in school now...I really don't talk to anyone anymore I became more quiet and less social..alot of people bully me because of it and I'm different..I really don't eat or sleep much anymore..i don't know what to do.help!

Hello, my name's Brent, and I'm 20. I'm in a bit of a pickle with my girl friend's best friend. She doesn't like me. At all. And I don't get why! Anyway, if it's real love, it shouldn't matter what anyone thinks about it, right? But... I can't stop thinking about it! I REALLY want her BFF's approval. Why is that? Why do I care? It shouldn't matter, yet I keep sucking up to her, like laughing at her jokes, opening doors for her, etc. Now keep in mind, I DO NOT love the BFF in the slightest. But I like her as a person, and I DESPERATELY want her approval. So, my question, why do I want her approval so badly? Thanks folks!

So this guy who has been a friend of my brothers for a while but is only a year older than me kept me from killing myself. We have been talking for a while on Facebook and one night I took a picture of the pills I was about to take and I asked him to tell me to stop. He did. He saved my life. I don't like him, I like his friend. But I have said thank you on Facebook but I'm to afraid to say it in person. He is really nice and said that I don't need to do anything and that thank you is enough. I owe him something, anything. I'm just not quite sure what.

My prob is that i like a guy but not sure if he likes me... our parents know each other for the past 10 years... though i haven't seen him or talked to him a lot, i have just seen him twice. The only thing we do is have a couple of silly fights through social networking site. i cant tell him that i like him as im afraid what he would think of me n that the relationship between our parents n between us wud end forever. I too have realized what this world is really about mostly in this past year. I am 35; and I think I was positively naive for most of my life. When I observe all the more, I realize that this world is very much built on a control grid. It's a fucking prison. I have thought about suicide more in my life in the past few weeks than in any other part of my life. I am seeing a dim light at the tunnel, and I read this blog here which is slowly broadening this light- not sure where it will go. But, maybe there is hope? Any positive ideas about hope and how we can change the world?
