I have a random bruise on my spine and have had headaches I vomited blood and coughed blood and been feeling dizzy and I'm 16 when I was 5 my twin brother died of cancer

I had a nose accident...

The other night I was at my boyfriends house playing with his German shepherd. Long story short, the dog fell on my face, directly on my nose. He's a big dog, and I'm only 4'10'' so he hurts me a lot. I just wanted to know if it might be broken or not. My nose has been red ever since, it hurts and bleeds from time to time, but no bruising (yet). When it does bleed, it's only for a few seconds, maybe a minute or two. It's swollen and my eyes really hurt, especially when i move them or look at light. Also, I have TMJ so it's been messing with my jaw too. When i rub my nose, it clicks and crunches, then sometimes that makes it bleed.

So I had boyfriend and well I really liked him but then a boy that I had a mayjor crush on my 7th and 8th grade year says he likes me deeply to.... And the other guy is a real jerk but a part of wish things would have went better he acts like a little kid and it irratates me :/ he kinda screwed me over in the process I just need some advice on what I should do???

My boyfriend for about 7 months and he doesn't seem to be interested as much anymore. Engaged after one month of dating

Hi.
My best friend moved to Australia this year in April 2012. She had a thing with this guy over there but that didn't last long.
So about a month ago she told me she was dating someone else. She's 28 & the guy is 19. They started dated 17 November. (I only know the date cause of the facebook anniversary date thing) & on 20th December she messaged me saying he proposed and she said yes.
I'm not jealous or anything. I just think she's making a really big mistake. They've only been dating a month & also living together as her lease was ending at her other place. I don't know why she didn't just move back to her aunties house.

I have a bad sore throat it hurts every time I sallow. Also I get a sharp pain in my ears. I have no fever or any other symptoms. I have taken some medicine to see if it will go away but it doesn't. Do I need to have my tosils removed?

I'm in 10th grade and I've like the same guy since 6th grade. He dated this girl 2 years ago and he claimed to be in love with her. Even though we weren't technically dating, we acted like we were and everything was fine. He poured his heart out to me and told me he loved me and he has only done that with one girl before (his ex that he loved) he's not a people person and doesn't like to deal with problems, but he always deals with mine. How do I STAY motivated?

I'm a sophomore in college and I'm finding it very difficult to motivate myself to work out and eat healthy. I'm 5'3 and a little over 100 lbs, so it's not that I'm trying to lose weight. But I know that I am not in shape. I never stick to a work out routine and I find it really hard to eat healthy because 1) healthy food isn't cheap! and 2) it's easier to grab fast food because it's cheap and doesn't require any meal planning. Sometimes I'll see pics of girls with really toned abs or legs and I'll workout for maybe 3 days then I quit. Also, I don't really know how to get into a healthy eating routine because I don't know what foods to buy that are cheap, healthy, and will last me a while so that I'm not constantly buyin...
