I have a random bruise on my spine and have had headaches I vomited blood and coughed blood and been feeling dizzy and I'm 16 when I was 5 my twin brother died of cancer
The symptoms you write about are serious enough that they need immediate medical attention either at a hospital ER or one of the walk in clinics that are available.
Whatever is bothering you does not have to be cancer. Not knowing what is bothering you is far worse than knowing even if it is cancer for today we have far more cures than we did just last year.

Also your spine is a very inportant part of your body is has neveres all up and down it...the bruise for be from a hurt to it that has messed some things up and raddled your body all up. When you worry you only make the headaches worse...you body is capable of making it worse by thinking and freaking out about it too much. I've had this happen to me before. You've vomiting blood you say? This is more serious thought...you will need to tell your parents about all of this, you do need to have this checked if it is cancer they might be able to stop it in time. Hope everything turns out ok and you never had to deal with Cancer.

Especially considering you are vomiting and coughing up blood. That is not a good sign whether it's cancer or not. So have your parents take you to see your doctor as soon as possible.
