Pulling a muscle while sleeping

For some reason i somehow managed to pull a muscle or hurt something at least in my leg last night while sleeping and it hurts! Ive done it before, just not recently and im not sure how i do it. Right now my calf area still hurts even though i tried stretching it. Is there any way i can keep myself from pulling a muscle while sleeping? Is this even considered pulling a muscle or something else?

Sooo this is kind of a long story, and I’d really appreciate some kind of outside help from someone I don’t know who doesn’t really have a part in the situation. Okay here's the thing, I hate my "best friend". hate her. I blame her for almost all my misery (even though i know it's wrong, so you don't have to tell me that.. because it wont make a difference, i still need to get her out of my life!) the more I hang out with her, the more I become her..and I hate myself now. I stuck with her cause I felt sorry for her, she's kinda pathetic.. Scared I ruined it

Well I was talking to the girl im extremely wanting to be with and I know she likes me alot but, we were talking on the phone last night and I joking said "you don't sound to Enthusiastic". I guess 4 other people told her that in the same day which I didn't know about and well I tried calling her back and talking to her online and she just wouldnt talk back to me. I dont know what to do but im just so scared I really screwed up here and that she won't like me anymore after this. I was even going to ask her out on saturday but now idk if she even likes me. Please what can I possible do to prove to her that I really wanna be with her and that im sorry and want her forgivness?

Ok, whenever me and my boyfriend try to have sex.. I panic. I have panic attacks, where I just suddenly get nervous and scared and just want to cry. And that's how it ALWAYS ends up when we're trying to have sex. On my myspace, it will only let me upload 16 pictures. But on some of my friend's pages, they have over 20!
Can anyone explain why this is, and how I can get that many pictures (if possible)?

I really want my ex-boyfriend back. He broke up with me because things weren't working out and neither of us were getting along. Since then, I've changed and I miss him terribly. We talk once in awhile but I want to show him that this time it could work and it might even be better. I admit I caused arguments and wasn't exactly easy-going. How do I go about letting him know we should give it another shot without seeming desperate/pathetic?

Training Some Who's Tone Deaf?

I have a friend...she's not exactly tone deaf..its just that she's not any good at singing unless she can hear someone else singing. For example..today she tried out for the talent show (i was one of the judges) and she sang My Heart Will Go On by Celine Dion..and the only time she was on pitch was when the backup people were singing with her...she sounds better when she can hear someone else doing the part as well..how on earth can i help her get past that? its VERY hard to get her to listen to me because she gets frustrated VERY easily and i cant seem to get her to understand that it takes TIME to be really good..any advice is helpful! Please and Thank You!
