okay im an athlete, but i haven't exercised in a long time because i have a chronic ankle sprain. i weighed myself today and i lost about 8-10 lbs. im guessing im losing muscle, but does that muscle turn to fat?? or does it just get smaller. any ideas or things i can do??

Chest pains

I've been having very sharp, shooting pains in my chest latley. They come and go, but they bring alot of pain with them. I told my parents, and they said its probably from stress and because I drink several sodas a day.
I'm taking Gavistron and its helping. My dad said its most likley reflux, and to try to not worry about grades and friends so much for a bit to see if it helps.
But how do I stop worrying? How do I calm down? How do I get rid of stress! HELP!
.. and my hairs falling out ALOT latley, which the doctor said is due to stress.

well ive never had a boyfriend. ive never really been good with the guys because to tell you the truth, im pretty shy most of the time and im not a SLUT. ive only madeout twice and let someone kind of feel me up but like nothing in my pants or anything like that! but anyways..everyone including my parents are always asking why i dont have a boyfriend and like everyone else does. it makes me sad when i hear this! i mean im not a girl thats like quiet all the time, wont say a word, wont even talk to a guy! im outoging sometimes, its just when im around a cute guy i dont want to say stupid things and im not crazy as i am when im around my friends! my friends always ask me if i have any guy stories ...

Loosing weight.

I'm 13 I way 125, I'm 5'0. I hate my weight, It makes self conscious like you couldn't believe [along with my acne] I want to loose weight a healthy way, this hopes of along with clearing my acne up.
I'm goaling to loose atleast 5 pounds this month.
I'm going to join the YMCA and I'm going to run track ,go to the pool on the weekends, cardio, and probably join a class or more.
I'm cutting out soda [which will be easy, I hardly ever have soda]
the hardest thing will be junk food, because thats all my family ever buys.
Any suggestions? Any opinions? Good or bad, I want to/need to hear it.

ok i might be thinking too much but what does it mean when a guy friend of yours give you a hug. its almost just like every other time he hugs you, except different. normally we let go after like 2 seconds or something, but for some reason he pushed me to the wall, and then he lets go. we just talked regularly afterwards. im thinking too much arent i? was it a joke? or was it suppose to mean something?

my cat came inside after being outside for a few hours. he was meowing a lot and so i held him and noticed something bloody in his mouth. one of his teeth is in the wrong spot. theres a row of many teeth on his lower jaw, then a tooth that has been moved/ripped to another area within his gum about 3 mm away. there is dry blood where the tooth used to be.
it happened late at night and the vet is closed tomorrow. what do we do? his tooth is only about the size of maybe 6-10 grains of sugar, but its not in the right spot and we dont know what to do.

dentist-cavities filled- laughing gas

i am from india.
Well i think i have a cavity.. and getting cavities filled are a nightmare for me. i just cant stand it. ive never had the laughing gas and i really think that would make it less of a nightmare. my friend said that when he goes, they give him the gas. So, whats the deal with the gas? Do some dentists just not do it? or what?

I know this is in the wrong category but I couldn't find the right one. I have a project due on monday about the song from aly and aj called "chemicals react." I have 2 analyze it. I really don't understand themessage in the song or what's going on. Does anyone know please help me!. Oh and if anyone doesn't know then does anyone know a website where they identifly music. Like tell the main points and stuff like that. I already tried songfacts.com but they didn't have it there. Any advcie is thnakful. Thankyou!

I go to an all girls private high school. Before that, i went to public school. I am having a sweet sixteen party, but the only problem is, there is going to be twice as many girls (i'm still friends with all of my public school friends, which is even in the boy to girl ratio) but then when you had all of my school friends, it like doubles the girls. Should i cut back on the girls--or make a desperate attempt to meet some more guys??? Would it just be really awkward if there were too many girls (it would be like 20ish boys and 35ish girls)

I have a 5 month old purebread Shih Tzu.
When I'm gone longer than 5 hours, I put a pee pad down for her to go on..
She chews it up!!! or when I come home I catch her lying on it after she goes pee on it!!
I need some advise..

Alright one day in school we had a sub and there was no work givin so the teacher decided to show us this cool websit. On the website you type in the name of a band and then it will give you another band that is like that one, then you can rate them and stuff. It was a relaly cool website and helps you find lots of cool new bands, the only thing is i dont remeber what the site was. I really want to do it on my own at home. If anyones knows the site please help me out and tell me. Im pretty sure it began with a "p" or somthing but maybe not. any suggestions are thanked.

Alright. So. listen up. I'm 18/f, my best friend in the world is 17/m. We used to hate each other's guts and he used to be an ass and hit me and leave marks and stuff. But then my other friend (16/m) and him got in a fight over it, and now we're BFFLs.
But that's in the past. Also, when we started to like each other (as friends) I also started liking him as more. I liked him for maybe 6 months, and then got over that. I still have an occasional "omg i want him" feelings, but for the most part, I know him too well, and I just love him like a brother.
