okay im an athlete, but i haven't exercised in a long time because i have a chronic ankle sprain. i weighed myself today and i lost about 8-10 lbs. im guessing im losing muscle, but does that muscle turn to fat?? or does it just get smaller. any ideas or things i can do??

but no your muscle doesnt turn to fat.. the less you exercise and build up muscle, the smaller it gets. if you cant run or do m uch with your legs, lift some weights, if you want lean flexible muscle, do a smaller amount but more reps. if you want to build the way they look use heavier weights with less reps. and make sure eating good and healthy. if you want me to help more message me about the sports you are in and i cna help more.
