10 min speech!

so i have to give this 10 min speech. and i have no clue what topic to do. so far ive thought of
school dress codes
off campus lunchs
abortion
how technology is changing life.
but i feel those topics wont be good enought to last me 10 mins.
it can be either a persuasive speech or a informative speech.

Help!

Ok so I got on the depo shot just before thanksgiving. I skipped a period. And then I started one in late december. I have been bleeding for 3 weeks. At the beginning it was just brown spotting and now it is like a regular period. But just this morning I went to the bathroom and a large peice of something fell out into the toilet. It wasn't a blood clot it was bigger and not red..i'm not sure what it was. And then when I got into the shower a huge peice of blood[blood clot or whatever] fell out of me. It was a bit bigger than a toddlers hand. I don't know why it was so big. Maybe it was because of the depo. Please help!! I don't know whats going on.

Anyone who can give me an advice for the unwanted pubic hair?
I've been using this VEET Cream to remove my hair down there but they have said that it's not adviceable for genital areas. I also tried using wax but it's super painful. I can't stand it. Last is just shaving but i experience itchiness. I dunno what would i use now.. I really don't like hair down there so please help me guys to choose which product is best and safe for this situation. I was just wondering about 2 things. First off, I have noticed alot of people look in your eyes when they talk to you & I tend to look at someones mouth more when we are talking. What is the difference & what does it mean? Also, how can you "read" someones eyes? All I see is a glassy eyeball. How can you tell how they are feeling by looking into their eyes? Thanks!

so me and my boyfriend keep trying to have sex. the last time we did it he was inside me but i could tell he wasn't all the way in because i kept tightening up on account of the pain (was a virgin btw). i love him and i want to do it but i just can't seem to relax enough to let him go all the way in. how do i fix this? he fingers me, im wet enough, and i know i want to do this, so it's none of those reasons. help???

I cry like 2-3 times a week for one reason.
